Our recent visit was disappointing due to a lack of transparency and poor service. Despite waiting for a table, we were never notified at check-in that the kitchen was facing significant shortages. Key Issues: * Limited Availability: A large portion of the menu was unavailable, and we weren't offered discounts when forced to replace premium sides with fries and no vegetable options. * Service Lapses: Our appetizer never arrived, and the server offered no explanation or follow-up. * Subpar Presentation: The "Martini Flight" was served in standard rocks glasses rather than the signature mini-martini glasses shown in advertisements and other reviews, which took away from the experience. * Logistics: Better signage or instructions for parking are desperately needed for guests. Overall, the experience didn't match the price point, brand reputation, or even past experiences. We hope that this was an isolated negative experience and that some of these issues will be addressed the next time we visit.

We had the best experience! The most amazing waitress, Megan, was super friendly, attentive and all around a complete joy. It was our first time there. The milkshake and food were phenomenal. Cannot wait to cone back and enjoy another milkshake and meal.

It's a nice place for something different. Menu is pricey but I guess it's the place you're paying for. The kids seem to like it. Not too great for adults only. I enjoy going there at least once a year for a Chang of paste.

It's good to go during the offseason of the park it was a little busy because it was valentines day food was good

Brian

Food was good, portions were big, just probably because of the day (valentines day) the food took awhile to get to the table I'm guessing because the kitchen was slammed

The place was empty when we were there so the noise level was very quiet. I ordered the New York Strip and it was ok. The flavor was good but it had a lot of hard Gristle around the edges. I dont mind some fat but you couldn't even cut through gristle. Waitress was very nice and service was good.

We went when the park and chocolate world were closed so it wasn't very busy. Food came out quickly. Burger with the chocolate drizzled potato chips was really good. We shared a cookies and cream shake and it was really good but almost too much with the slice of cake on top. I wished they also offered regular milkshakes at a lower price so you had the choice of spending a little less. Definitely a novelty place. A little pricy for a casual dinner out. It was only 2 of us and we shared an app and shared a dessert. Each got a burger and our bill almost $100. Can't imagine what the bill would have been if had drinks.

Complete letdown! Please stop allowing reservations if you can't accommodate them. We made one for 545, weren't sat until 6:15, ordered food and drinks immediately, 6:45 still no drinks and were told only one bartender. Well there was an event at the Giant center so that seems like terrible planning. Had to cancel our drink order, scarf down our food since we were seated 30 minutes after reservation. Again this could have all been avoided if we weren't able to make a reservation. I would have said oh they're booked and grabbed fast food because the only reason we came there was to have a drink with dinner and we didn't even get that!! My kids were also suppose to get a free sundae since Coco was there but since we were rushing we didn't get them but thankfully our server TYLER was outstanding and atleast made our experience a little better by providing excellent service and gave my kids hershey bars. You shouldn't be setting up your servers for an evening like that, close reservations!! Also it was so hot in there! Everyone looked flushed and uncomfortable. Hoping this isn't a normal occurrence as this is our first year as season pass holders and was looking forward to enjoying this restaurant but 30 mins past A RESERVATION, one bartender on an event night makes me skeptical! Again Tyler was amazing and deserves recognition for his professionalism!

While it was winter - the offseason - there was also an event at the Giant Center, so it was pretty busy. We were seated after 6PM on our 5:30PM reservation. That said, the staff was apologetic and accommodating. The food was still great, drinks were delicious, and our server was incredibly kind.

Service was top notch. Casey was very friendly, attentive and seems to enjoy her job. The cost of the food is still not impressive. $12 bucks for a kids grilled cheese sandwich that was hard. I ordered a salad with chicken to go. It was almost 9 bucks to add the chicken and it was literally a small handful. I went for January special. Handheld food and a milkshake for $25. I hope they bring that deal back.

My mom and I visited and had a wonderful time. It was the offseason for the park so there were limited people which made the experience very relaxed. Our waiter was very polite! We enjoyed fondue and the mini martini trio. Both were wonderful! Thanks for a great experience🍫

We had True as our waiter and he was fantastic! This was our first time going, and the food was amazing. The Chocolatier burger with the chocolate potato chips was really good!

Sandy

Was not impressed. Overly priced for quality. The chicken sandwich was very thin and breading was falling off and gooey. Food was mediocre

We absolutely loved The Chocolatier - fresh food, thoughtful menu items and our favorite part - the chocolate fondue! We liked/enjoyed everything we had that night, but the whipped feta app was a weird combo of ingredients for me - which is the reason for the four stars. It was delicious, just a little too sweet for my liking - don't let it deter you from trying it though.
