Incredibly disappointed, 5star to 1star. After the staff proved their incompetence to build a bowl off their own menu the manager gets an attitude and and says “in the future we’ll make sure the staff knows how to make our signature bowl”, maybe this is something they should be proficient at BEFORE making people’s food! $50 for lunch and an attitude, no apology, just attitude. All done with this place.
We've been longtime customers of this business, and it's gone dramatically downhill since opening a few years ago. A few points:
- teenage employees have poor attitudes, don't really have a clue about customer respect or service.
- serving portions have decreased while prices have increased
- care is not given in accuracy of order fulfillment
- bubble tea (last three visits) has been watered down and boba is less than half of what used to be given. At least...read full review
