Love, love, love this place! I’m so happy we found it on our trip to HersheyPark. Lots of delicious, healthy menu options. The staff were all very friendly and helped us made good choices for our bowls. All of our meals were amazing, even my two young kids enjoyed their meal. The bubble teas are soooo good!

So this might be a bit unfair because 2 out of the 3 people that took care of us were really nice, the third girl looked like she hated her job, life, serving us to the point I was ready to remind her we are customers who contribute to the earnings she makes. Besides one bad apple, food is always amazing atmosphere is great. The young man that helped us the second time was beyond awesome made up for the bad experience earlier.

I should start by noting that I've been a customer here for years. I used to work in downtown Hershey and used to treat myself here once a week. The food here has remained good. The service? Adequate.
Sadly, those consistencies do not excuse the sheer audacity of the pricing here. A regular-sized bowl with multigrain rice and a fountain drink ran me a staggering $18.55 on my visit earlier this week. Crookery these days seems to be running more and more rampant with these kinds of dining spots and it's really starting to piss me off. For just a few more dollars, I can go to a higher-end restaurant in town, be waited on, and get much more value for my money. I recommend doing that instead. All others, consider yourselves forewarned.
P.S. - You even axed all the fun sodas you used to have, for Christ's sake.

Awesome customer service, it was our first time here but instead of frustrations, we were provided guidance and kindness! Food tastes fresh and delicious! It was delicious that we forgot to take photos when they came out haha. Would definitely come back~ :)

Yall got some of the rudest workers ever. Zero energy with any of them and by the end of me ordering they expect me to give them a 5 dollar tip when just a bowl is already 14 dollars. Your prices are ridiculous, your service is absolute garbage, and the portion sizes for the price is horrendous. Yall need to fire at least half of your crew and hire some new ones that will actually talk to the customer and show a smile. By the end after suffering through all that, the food is actually really delicious. That’s the only thing i will give them credit on.

Normally I go to Hawaii Poke across the river, but today I decided to mix it up and try this place instead. I was hoping they would offer masago since it was shown in some of the google reviews. I was met with the most appallingly rude service. The guy behind the counter gruffly asks “what do you want?” I say “sorry, I’ve not been here before, can you quickly explain how it works?” He goes “have you ever been to Chipotle?” then under his breath— “course you have, you’re a white girl.”Excuse me?He then proceeds to fulfill the rest of my order in a very annoyed manner, no hint of a smile or hospitality. Guy acted like I wronged him personally. Wound up paying over $14 for a less-than-fresh tasting bowl with a side of humiliation. Unfortunately, there was no masago, but I guess that’s not the restaurant’s fault if it’s no longer on the menu. Needless to say, I doubt I’ll be returning— Hawaii Poke is better tasting, better service, and has more options.

My husband and I eat here weekly, but after the complete lack of service I just received, I can say with certainty we will NEVER be back to the Hershey location! I went to pick up an online order which was already paid for. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and not a single employee even acknowledged me or asked how they could help me. They each made eye contact with me and never said a word. And they were not busy - there were maybe 4 people in line and 3 employees filling bowls. Another was making drinks and a fifth was in and out of the kitchen. He passed me several times and also never said anything to me. The one employee rang out two or three customers and was literally 3 feet from me at the register and didn’t say anything either. I finally had to speak up because who knows how long I would’ve stood there waiting and the employee who got my order claimed he didn’t see me which is b.s. because he also made eye contact with me. He also claimed they were busy - sorry buddy, if you have more employees than customers you’re not busy. I took my order and called and spoke with a manage when I got home. This was just a few minutes later so she clearly was also one of the employees who never spoke to me. She apologized, but her apology didn’t sound very genuine. I did get a refund, but we still won’t be back any time soon. Not unless they either replace their staff or give them the proper training they clearly need.

The poke bowls r not good at all. If u r thinking about going here, don’t. Go to Kylin in Palmyra. They have bigger portions, better food and is cheaper!! Freshido is definitely a disappointment compared to Kylin, which is where I usually go but they were closed. Freshido is ridiculously overpriced for their poor quality of food.

VERY disappointed! Poor quality of fish..tuna was old and had a funny taste. Got their special Freshido Special...not impressed..no flavor despite having Sriracha aioli and "their special sauce". Would NOT recommend...poor quality of food, not worth the price, and have to add another dollar for multigrain rice or quinoa..you should be ashamed for serving such products!!!
