My husband and I have been coming here for years, but tonight was the worst service we’ve ever had. We came in 20 minutes before close, and the staff looked at us like we inconvenienced them as they were putting away the food. The meats and rice were all put away in the back and only the mix ins and toppings were still out. The staff looked miserable and like they just wanted to go home. Normally, the staff here are pleasant and friendly. While I understand wanting to leave work on time, the staff should still remain pleasant and friendly. Also, kind of disappointed in the new bowls. They look smaller and less food can be stuffed in the bowls. The price of a bowl keeps increasing but the amount of food you receive is decreasing…

A bit pricey for some items, but the rice is fresh, not dried out or overcooked. The Kimchi and other less common ingredients were fresh and tasted good. Even the edamame (which I don't normally care for) tasted ok.
Tried out Freshido just before going to a show, nice atmosphere, super friendly staff who helped the first timers get a great meal.

Love, love, love this place! I’m so happy we found it on our trip to HersheyPark. Lots of delicious, healthy menu options. The staff were all very friendly and helped us made good choices for our bowls. All of our meals were amazing, even my two young kids enjoyed their meal. The bubble teas are soooo good!

So this might be a bit unfair because 2 out of the 3 people that took care of us were really nice, the third girl looked like she hated her job, life, serving us to the point I was ready to remind her we are customers who contribute to the earnings she makes. Besides one bad apple, food is always amazing atmosphere is great. The young man that helped us the second time was beyond awesome made up for the bad experience earlier.
