I can't do the steps. An attendant got me a wheelchair and pushed me into a car. He was great Very caring to make sure I was comfortable.

Going to Chocolate World yesterday broke my heart. Times are hard for everyone right now, and this is one of the few Christmas outings we can afford. My family goes every year and makes a whole evening of it. My entire life, parking at Chocolate World has always been free. However, this year, they are charging $60 for parking if you spend more than two hours there. I did not go there anticipating an extra $60 expense (that is a LOT of money to struggling families!), so we rushed through (with my handicapped mother and two children) and skipped things we normally do just to make sure we would not exceed two hours. It was not the happy, relaxed, joyous experience we normally have. Even places where we normally take group photos were now roped off with a professional (charging) photographer. Sadly, we’ve decided not to return next year. The magic of this place is gone.

A place that I visit and shop every time I go to New York, it is a must that I would never tan.

The build your own stand had the absolute worst tacos ive ever had in my life. Im generally not a harsh critic, of most restaurants, let alone food courts… but this was just beyond unacceptable. The chicken had no sensoning at all, and was 10000% from a can, the taco shells were stale, the black beans were obviously canned as well, and not properly rinse or seasoned at all. And the set up for the construction of the byo foods was totally backwards. The order came with 3 tacos. I walked 6 miles and hadnt eaten since noon and I could barely force myself to eat one. It was an abomination and an insult to hispanic and texmex culture. $15 for a total waste. Shame on you people.

My husband got in line to order a couple of sundaes for himself and I. There were a number of workers who took our orders and payments but one person making the sundaes. This makes no sense as we stood around waiting along with a crowd of other people who paid. The crowd continued growing as the workers were taking their orders and money but not getting their food. Needless to say, we waited an hour for sundaes and after we paid for them. No exaggeration. It seems like it's more important to get all the money from as many people as possible than to provide adequate service. Not acceptable!

Just had a lovely experience when I had to cancel $200 worth of tickets at the last minute. Thank you Hershey, for being so understanding and helpful!

Had the brisket, it was horrible. The fries were old and cold, but the pizza was OK.

Really nice place, but way overpriced...with parking free for only three hours they stagger the times for the paid attractions so that there is little to no way to get out within 3 hours. The price for parking after 3 hours is $60....that is right almost $40 per person to do two attractions and then $60 because you can't get out in 3 hours. In the three hours due to the line for the free attraction you don't have time to do the free attraction if you did other activities. Could be great, but feel like with the $60 parking you are just a churn and burn person.

We took our adult disabled daughter believing the trolley tour was wheelchair accessible. None of the trolleys had lifts, and it is not practical or possible to carry our adult non-ambulatory daughter on board. We were very disappointed. The main walking tour inside the main facility is also not wheelchair accessible. You would think a corporation this large would have greater access.

The food hall at Chocolate World is pretty underwhelming as a whole. Overpriced food and slow service overall. Definitely not the best place to get a meal, better off eatting before or after you visit

Beware of busy days for Create your own Bar experience. After paying $70 for two adults and a free toddler we arrived early for our 6:15-7:00 time slot as instructed. We were greeted quickly, given hats and aprons, and then everything went down hill from there. The lines were out of control and eventually it became clear why. The packaging machine kept malfunctioning, resulting in a pause of the entire production line so the staff could remove the bars not correctly packaged. This required a full shut down, pause, and restart. This turned into waited like sardines for way too long in each station, completely overcrowded and hot rooms, and ultimately my husband and son left (we were not the only families to leave). I finished the process alone and left at 7:40, nearly double the amount of time allocated for the activity. Additionally, they did not tell you before you entered that the selections for bars were limited during busy times. They should have been limiting capacity to avoid poor experiences given the equipment challenges, but instead they squeezed 40 people in every 15 minutes to make money at the expense of the customer. Would not recommend.

Need better stroller parking, MY STROLLER WAS STOLEN! Once we arrived for the tour, we were told that strollers needed to be parked outside the building in a marked area. We dropped it off with the 10 plus strollers. It was a decent walk with toddlers to get to this area which is unattended and accessible to the public going into the park, chocolate world etc. After the tour was over, we went to retrieve the stroller and it was gone. Asked a security guard to look at cameras and could not see anything on tape. I just hope this doesn't happen to someone else and yes it can happen!

Last night between around 7:30pm and 9pm I went to Hershey’s Chocolate World with my teenage daughter and mother in law. My mother in law walks with a cane but is good otherwise. We decided to do the Hershey Chocolate tour. The line queue was empty but extremely long to walk through. My mother in law was exhausted when we got to the part where we boarded the ride. The two employees handling the ride were so beyond helpful when I asked if there was a wheelchair we could borrow to get back to the store after the ride. They did one better. They got her a chair to rest for a few minutes. They got her a wheelchair, helped her into it and loaded us onto the ride with the wheelchair. When the ride was over, one of the two guys wheeled her to the main area with the store. And a female employee handing entrance to the tour allowed us to borrow the wheelchair so my mother in law could explore the store with me without being exhausted. I want to pass on that everyone handling the Hershey’s Chocolate Tour last night was above and beyond excellent to my family and I wanted to pass on our sincerest thanks. I wish I had gotten their names. But it was two younger guys and a woman at the main entrance to the tour. I hope that helps. But they are truly amazing employees and we are so grateful for their assistance. We just wanted to thank you for the accommodations and a great experience last night.
