You mention noise level. Noise level was bad I had a difficult time carrying on a conversation. The acoustics were bad. I am hearing impaired and adjusted my hearing aids as much as possible and still had a difficult time.

We had a great lunch. Our burgers were very good and our server was excellent! Ron, the manager of IHB, spoke with us and made sure everything was good. Another great experience at IHB!!

We were looking forward to eating here because we've eaten here multiple times months ago and enjoyed it. Our service was fine but the table they say us at was right next to the kitchen so there was constant server traffic right next to us which was fairly disruptive, and being at a high top with small children is not ideal. I understand there are different server sections you have to fill but there were a fair amount of open tables throughout the restaurant. If you have ever eaten with young children you know how often things get dropped so constantly having to get down from bar stools to pick things up was also not ideal. The food was very disappointing. The kalamari did not taste fresh, very rubbery, the chicken Caesar salad portion was small and the croutons simply tasted like stale bread, and the omg blt portion was certainly smaller than the first 4x I have ordered it. When you go out to eat and are spending close to $100 and the food falls flat it's quite a let down. We will not be back.

It took awhile to receive our drinks and meal. Spinach with Garlic arrived with the Schnitzel - the Spinach was cold and the Garlic overpowering. There was so much garlic you couldn't eat the Spinach - it was taken away but nothing was offered in its place. My husband had someone come to the table and it was like pulling teeth to get food items - lemons never came out until I asked for them twice more for the Schnitzel which is not Schnitzel - it is a breaded Pork Cutlet thick - you had to saw through it a bit. A new side of Spinach came out eventually towards the end of the meal. I asked for my gravy on the side and it arrived as asked but was a tablespoon or two - not the same amount as what covered my husband's plate (if you are paying the same price shouldn't you get the same amount?) Our servers were pleasant and personable etc but the service was very slow.

Great service and the food was awesome. We enjoyed the patio seating area. The draft beer was awesome and growlers were reasonably priced.

The food was pretty good. Service was good too! Nice stop for lunch, just a bit on the pricey side.

The Porter beer that I had was above average but not more than that. The food was good for a brew pub but the waitress and manager were not responsive to the one item we had a problem with. Not a good sign.

We were very kindly welcomed to the restaurant and seated immediately (and this on Valentine's Day!). Or server was very personable and attentive (but not too attentive). We definitely recommend the soft pretzel appetizer--very delicious. The beverages were good too: I had the Vienna Red Ale which was tasty and went well with my fish. There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant in two public parking garages. We will definitely come back.

We’ve been here more than a few times and only once’s was the food subpar. Our last experience the food and service was great. Issue that we saw was the manager (he was bald, we did not catch his name) shooting back an entire pint glass of beer at the bar and then stumble off and walk into a wall before going back into the kitchen area. Shortly afterwards what appeared to be a cook came out of the kitchen area walk up the bar tender with a tumbler style cup and the bar tender made him a mixed drink in the cup. He was being loud to the point where he appeared to be intoxicated. Although our experience was overall great (like is normally is) I would caution ⚠️ this type of behavior in the restaurant as the quality and service could begin to suffer quickly.

We had a great time at Iron Hill in Hershey, PA! Good beer, cool vibes, and wonderful service! Our waitress Alexandria was lovely and took great care of us.

Huge brewery right in Chocolate Ave. Beer is serviceable but not spectacular. Our dinners were great though. We had ale and onion soup, mushroom soup, chicken and lettuce cups and tomato and basil burata. I wish there were more tomatoes and basil, but the flavors were on point!!
It was exceedingly busy when we were there, which made it hard for our bartender to be very attentive, but he was personable and we enjoyed him anyway!
