We had the privilege of having Kristen serve us and she was one of the best waitresses we have had in a very long time. We were there for a special occasion with a party of 11. She went above and beyond to take care of us. She gave us plenty of time to connect before ordering, she was on top of our drinks, and brought our food out in great timing. We also had a cake and she brought out everything we needed for that. She was so kind, so lovely, personable and really the best! And to top it off we all loved the food. Amazing experience all around!

usually never write reviews but i just had to because of how impressed i was with not only the food, but also the service. loved how the restaurant was decorated for the holidays and the table we sat at had very comfortable seats -- it was almost like dining at someones house. our waitress was soo sweet (wish i could remember her name, she was blonde) and remembered our orders without writing them down, and our food was hot with huge portions, we got the wings mango hab bbq and korean bang bang, fish n chips, the steak tacos, wagyu french dip and in my opinion the star of the show, the chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak. bonus points for a manager checking on us at the end of the night and clearing off our table. will definitely be coming back.

We had our dinner here tonight and had the nitro stout local tap and it's good. The steak tacos are great as well. The fries was too saturated with grease. Wings are cooked right. A lot of locals and they have something going on almost every night when i looked at their events. Ambience is just right not too loud when we dined.

I planned our staff Christmas party with Laura and she was great to work with! The night of the party, everything was beautiful, the food was amazing, Kristin (the manager working that night) was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best time. Thanks to all who prepared the space, prepped the appetizer buffet (that alone could have been our meal!!!!) and prepared and served our meals. You were all amazing and I can't thank you enough.

This place never disappoints! Only tonight was extra special thanks to our awesome server Kristen and the always delicious food! The only complaint I have is YOU NEED A ROTUNDA ON THE WEST SHORE, too!!!!
Brought the kids to see the sweet lights and got dinner here. We were very impressed with the staff. Toddlers make dinner out stressful and we never want to cause disturbances but had multiple service staff stop by, check on us and interact with the kids. The food was great, and the kids menu had some solid options. Def a spot to hit if you’re in the area!

I really enjoy this place. It’s a perfect spot to hang out with a friend or bring the whole family. The vibes are always excellent whether you’re sitting at the bar or posted up at a table. They have great drink selections and love the effort they put into decor for the holidays. I discovered this place about 2 months ago and I’ve already been back 3 times!

Recently visited Rotunda Brew Pub in Hershey, and unfortunately, it fell far short of the experience I remembered back when it was Irv’s. The quality has noticeably declined, and much of what we ordered tasted like frozen food that had simply been reheated.
The burgers seemed to be premade frozen patties with very little flavor, and the fries arrived cold and soggy—definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The schnitzel, which I was hoping would be a standout, lacked seasoning and tasted bland overall.
Given the disappointing food quality and poor value for money, it no longer feels like the reliable spot it once was. I hope they make improvements, because at the moment, it’s hard to recommend.

I've eaten at Rotunda a handful of times and typically the food is really good. However, last Sunday we stopped in for brunch and ended up leaving after 25 minutes with no service. We were seated immediately and there were 2 hostesses working. After waiting about 15 minutes and not seeing a server we inquired why no one had been by our table. We were given glasses of water, ensured they would get to us but there was only 1 server working. We waited another 10 minutes watched the two hostesses chatting and standing around but never saw the single waitress and walked out. The hostesses seemed relieved to see us leave. I'm assuming that someone had called out but I can't for the life of me understand why no one was helping the single waitress out or why it was acceptable to stand around and do nothing while multiple tables were waiting for service.
