Had a problem here with my order about a month ago. I got frustrated but ultimately the owner fixed it and I couldn’t be anymore pleased because this is my go to location. The subs are always full and delicious. Thank you for going the extra mile to make it right.
Go in 25 minutes before close for one sandwich with 4 workers doing absolutely nothing , and literally the look of death on all their faces with not one word of welcome , instead using every single ounce of energy and non verbal communication to let it be known how much of a bother we are . Putting on gloves as slow as possible . No other customer was in , it was mostly dead on chocolate ave , but again they weren’t in the middle of cleaning nor was it 5-10 minutes to close
Straight up punks who cost jersey mikes more money than they’re making them with that attitude

Went in to order subs for a family of 5. Employee or manager acted like I was an inconvenience because he had to get up from his computer at one of the eat in tables then proceeded to have an attitude with me over the order method, then messed up the bread (I didn’t catch it because he cut them with his back to me and placed them upside down) on one of my kids sandwiches. I asked for extra bacon on each sandwich for an up charge and the girl at the next station placed the 4 pieces of bacon in the sandwich he then came over and had her remove two and said we can’t have 4 pieces of bacon on each sandwich (the bill was $80.00 by the way). I have been going to jersey mikes since the mid 90’s in point pleasant nj and this one in Hershey has the worst service I have ever had.

Hi,
I recently visited your location with a group of coworkers while we were out of town, and I had a very upsetting experience with one of your employees, a white male with tattoos on his right bicep (including circular designs).
When taking orders, he asked if we wanted hot or cold sandwiches. Everyone, including myself, initially chose cold. However, when it was my turn to order, I changed my mind and requested a hot sandwich instead. The employee became upset, began yelling at me, and insisted I stick with a cold option. I explained that I am vegetarian and specifically wanted the Big Kahuna, but he still refused.
This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me very uncomfortable. I chose not to make a scene in front of my coworkers, but I left feeling extremely dissatisfied. I will not return to this location, and I believe this employee needs to be addressed regarding how he treats customers.
Additionally, as we are a vendor at the Hershey Show, I will be sharing this experience with a few colleagues in the industry.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great subs! Never been and I was wow’d. The staff is friendly and on point on what they are doing. Young women at the cashier was very talkative and polite. Subs were DELICIOUS! Clean place.

We had a last minute need for lunch for approximately 18 guests. I arrived at the Hershey Store when they opened and discussed the situation with the Assistant Manager. He explained they usually need a few days but, in this case he would find a way to make it work. We put together a menu that worked. The order was ready within one hour. Great customer service!

I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s since about 1984. I’ve lived in NJ all my life, and even used to frequent the first store in Point Pleasant. This Hershey store really rubbed me the wrong way today. I ordered my usual - a #4 with extra meat, “Mike’s way”. I always order extra meat because like every other chain, they’ve made the sandwiches less and less substantial over the years. That’s not a complaint against this store in particular. That’s a company-wide thing - an industry-wide thing actually. I got back to my hotel room, and this sandwich is SO sub-standard. Absolutely not extra meat, the roll was bordering on stale, and the sandwich was very dry. I called the store to complain, and they had the gall to argue with me. this is my favorite sandwich, and I order it all the time, wherever I may be working on a given day - so I know exactly what it should be - and this ain’t it.
I don’t have the time to drive back, so I was just going to let this go - but they refused to acknowledge it. So much for the customer is always right. I will not be going back to this franchise, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who knows what Jersey Mike’s should be. Shame on them.

Terrible. I love Jersey Mikes, but this location is just bad. If you can, go to Harrisburg or Lebanon. I’ve ordered here at least 10 times and my order has been wrong more often than not. And even when it’s right, it just tastes worse than every other location I have been to. It is also more expensive. Save your money, go elsewhere.

We hated it. Felt like we wasted a lunch. Still disappointed in choosing to eat there weeks later.

I really like this Jersey Mikes. The customer service is great and the food is great too. My only complaint is the tables are always dirty. I can never find a table that is clean to sit at. I will continue to come here.
