They did not have any pizza at all available except chicken ranch ( 2 slices for a while crowd of Christmas shoppers) Got the “ homemade” chicken soup for $6 Two slurps of cold broth with not a DROP of chicken or whole noodle Would not recommend!

This place has consistently gone DOWNHILL over the last 6 months. Sad really. Pizzas going out with barely any cheese, usu missing ingredients, I hope the owners a read the reviews and do something about this. We used to love JoJos but it won’t last with poor quality like this

BE AWARE!!!!! Menu prices do not match what they charge you!! Subs were almost $3.00 more at register than on the menu. That is ridiculous! Owner should be ashamed of themselves. Hardly any cheese or sauce on the cheese steak????Probably the worst cheese steak I ever had. Definitely will not be coming back. Very overpriced. Much better options in the area.

Pizza was cold very skimpy on the cheese, mushrooms were burnt very skimpy on the pepperoni more sauce than anything. Best part of the pizza was the crispy crust. Won't be going back!!!!

We bought 4 pizza. 2 Hawaiian and 2 pepperoni. The so called Hawaiians only had two ingredients: cheese and pineapple! The pepperoni was just flour and sauce.
Maybe it’s time to update the way you make pizza. Never again!

Pizza came without paid topping, wings had little to no sauce, and chicken on salad was like rubber.
We ordered pizza took 2 hours to come and pizza was cold. The worker was ride over the phone and he did not no how to count. Pizza was over priced

Completely dead on a Saturday night, that should tell you all you need to know. Consistently gets orders wrong, don't leave without checking order first. The food is very below average and high priced. The quality of service isn't any better. With their faces in their phones, employees couldn't care less about customers or repeat business. Really makes ya wonder how this place stays open. 👎👎

They never get the order right. I just called for having yet another salad wrong and sadly the young man on the phone was not allowed to give me a new salad for what I actually paid for. Ricardo (apparently he’s the head guy or chef) wouldn’t give the man on the phone the time of day to quickly just say “sure we’ll make a new one for her if she’s comes back”
Simple customer service JoJo’s Hershey.
Going back to Hummelstown location and writing this one off.
