My husband and I visited Karns for the first time ever, together, last night, June 13, 2025, later in the evening. We are Palmyra locals born and raised, but typically shop in town only. Karen was our cashier. We felt compelled to write this review because she was, by far, the sweetest, kindest, most informative cashier we’ve ever come across! She was so helpful in explaining how their bonus card works, and she was just extremely kind. Thank you Karen for making our first visit...
It's ok
Prices a little high. Needs more handicapped spaces.. alot of older people shop here. They're electric carts are usually charged up and kept in good repair. I really appreciate it.

Has a great selection of 'grab and go' foods for a quick meal on the run. There's also a Cafe to eat there if you prefer. Great selection of soups and chili. We got hot and cold sandwiches and 3 different soups for lunch. Overall a good find. Close to Hershey Medical Center and the attractions. Faster to get a quick meal than downtown... Cheaper too!
