Food and drinks are great. The place is in a good location, and is always clean. But the staff is so SO rude. The blond lady that makes the drinks has a horrible attitude, the lady in the register acts like she wish you were not there. Awful experience.

We visited the chocolate museum and wanted to grab lunch. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap ($13) which came with chips. I enjoyed my meal. My wife got the Avocado Toast, two eggs, ($10) a side of bacon ($3) and decaf Latte ($5). It was very good except the bread was too thick and wasn’t toasted enough. This is a nice place and very convenient because it is connected to the museum.

Disappointing experience. The menu is not located near the order area. I asked for a cafe mocha, and they had no idea what it was or how to make it (they serve cappuccino and espresso). This is a chocolate town. The cranberry orange muffin was tasty but served ice cold.

was so upset. I got the American omelette. It was so PLAIN it had a bad ratio of cheese and egg with 2 pieces of bacon tucked in. :| for $8 I would expect a piece of toast. The Bacon egg and cheese had just the fastest peace of egg inside and you expect that to be good but not in this case. Couldn’t even eat it was just too thick to enjoy the bacon and croissant. When I asked the server who came to drop off my egg at the table I asked her if they can add a toast and she said I had to wait in line again to get toast. Of course I was willing to pay the toast at that point but making me wait behind a line of ~10 people while food was getting cold. No thanks……. At least The girl who took my order was really nice.

Mozzarella tomato spinach panini came out soggy and dripping not to mention cold. Only slightly colder was the “so do you want a to go box?” From the young lady working the counter to whom I mentioned this.
Thankfully the day was beautiful.

This is a little hidden gem in Hershey! I live locally and have walked past numerous times, but never stopped. After reading about their La Colombe draft coffee I decided to give it a try! The drinks are simply perfect and they also have great breakfast sandwiches. Staff is always nice and the baristas always leave sweet notes on my drinks. Check it out! My husband and I visit weekly for a s’mores iced latte and bacon, egg, and cheese croissant!

After the tour our family had a good lunch at this Cafe, which had delicious sandwiches and good atmosphere. We appreciated the kid menu. Checkout the street lights being Hershey Kisses.

We like this place but they're inconsistent.
Multiple years in a row we've visited on day one of our trip and have loved everything we ordered. When we've gone back on day two they've been out of the flavors needed for our ordered drinks and the food has been sub-par.
For the price, which is pretty steep if you order drinks and food, I'd expect better.
If you go hope it's not an off day.
