Milton's Ice Cream Parlor

They always have one creamy vegan flavor and at least one sorbet. For a long time they had a blueberry crumble which was really tasty, but recently they had a cookies and cream and it was really nice too. The textural differences in both have been pleasant.

Also, tip. If you want ice cream for breakfast, I suggest getting it before you enter the park for the day. Otherwise, you’d either have to get a giant red re-entry stamp on your hand and go back through security, or have to wait until you are ready to leave the park for the day.

The ice cream was unbelievable good

Milkshake cup was cracked. I thought it was just coming out of the lid but by the time I realized the cup was cracked half of the milkshake was gone. The reason it leaked so easily. It was like chocolate milk. Way too thin for a milkshake. For the price there should be more icecream less milk.

Nice cool place to try a delicious donut or other treat if you need to sit for a bit. Nice outdoor seating area.

Absolutely horrible, the donut had a moldy strawberry on it and the donut was soggy and over date, the cashier also had a terrible attitude. Don’t recommend eating anything in here because of hygiene issues

All tables were dirty and prevented us from sitting down. It took forever for someone to grab our two doughnuts. The doughnuts weren't too expensive.

the workers had poor communication between each other. they told us to stand and wait at one spot, to then go to the other end calling our name for pick up. the fountain drink we ordered tastes like the toilet cleaner you smell at the airport restrooms. it was not pleasant, this made the drinks undrinkable. (all of the drinks we ordered, 5, tasted like this. the table we sat at was sticky and had sauce smothered on the surface. the chairs were also dirty, with crumbs and something sticky that made my legs sticky when i stood up.

with better communication, to check the drinks and to clean the tables were the customers sit. this experience could have been so much better!

Excellent ice cream

I love Hersheypark and this ice cream parlor is such a good idea for Hershey. It’s so poorly run though. Tons of cashiers and they ca. barely help one person at a time. If this place gets it together, it will do even so much better. Nice people and delicious sweets.

My favorite desserts in Hershey- their new donuts are so good and I get the melted chocolate on everything. Definitely recommend the toasted marshmallow ice cream with melted chocolate as well as pair the two of those with warm beignets. Cold brew was just meh and everything was overpriced but oh well when you’re on vacation, right?

My husband and I stopped in for a quick treat before leaving Hersheypark. He got the ice cream which is decently priced and very creamy. I got a chocolate peanut butter donut and do not recommend. The peanut butter filling was delicious. The donut was stale and disappointing.

Service here is terrible. I had to interrupt 4 employees that were standing a few feet away from me and my daughter. The cashier put on gloves to handle our food, then grabbed a dirty mop handle.

We ordered two donuts. Both were chewy and didn’t taste any good. I do not recommend.

Excellent cold brew coffee and sweets. Definitely stop by next time you visit Hershey Park.

HORRIBLE! You HAVE TO get a double scoop, they don't take cash and ice cream is the the WORST!! Artificial flavorings. They couldn't tell you any of the ingredients and don't think for a second you'll be able to taste test it. Poorly managed establishment and WAY overpriced. AWFUL! Had to give it one star to make this post.
