Disappointed. I’m a giant fan of Moe’s, love their food and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, not at this location. This was our first time going to Moe’s at Hershey Park and we will definitely not be back there. The portions of the food were extremely small and when you ask for extra the staff member gave an attitude and gave barely any extra, the food is cold and tastes like it’s leftovers from days ago. The staff seemed so unhappy overall… no one even greets you, when I got up to the counter I was just asked “What do you want?” I wouldn’t recommend going to eat here, there are plenty of other places in the park to go to.

Although the staff is nice - Portions are very small. I asked for extra rice, and it was less than I would have gotten at a regular moe’s, without asking for extra. Barely got any Chicken. Food was good though! Options are limited on the premises.
Take out only. No in restaurant dining.
UPDATE: went back the next day, and staff were beyond generous with their food. I got a massive bowl from them. It comes down to the staff and how busy it is. Don’t be afraid to for more! Staff was even nicer than before!

The workers seemed MISERABLE… the portions were smaller than any other Moes or chipotle I’ve ever been too, even after asking for more.. I swear they gave me a bag of chips with 10 chips in it and the. Acted annoyed when I asked for me.

The employees are not well trained for this job. These people give miniscule portions, as I'm sure they are instructed and trained to. It appears through my experience, as well as what I heard the employees talking about, that Hershey just places random employees to work the Moe's for that day, not properly trained. I wouldn't come back here. I'd be more inclined to get my hand stamped and leave the park to eat at a nearby food destination, than to eat in this park again.

Literally 100 people in line, 3 people making food and register while at least 20 workers are standing around pretending to be busy. Worst management I've ever encountered, it's Mexican, it shouldn't take 45 mins to complete 10 customers orders during dinner time. Will never be back.P.s. Let your workers know spraying chemicals around food is against the rules of food service. ?
