Literally 100 people in line, 3 people making food and register while at least 20 workers are standing around pretending to be busy. Worst management I've ever encountered, it's Mexican, it shouldn't take 45 mins to complete 10 customers orders during dinner time. Will never be back.P.s. Let your workers know spraying chemicals around food is against the rules of food service. ?

There are Moe's outside of Hersheypark so there's really no reason to waste your time and money on one inside the park.Their food isn't even made as well inside the park and the line is always ridiculously long. My son got the nachos. They were mediocre at best.

I went here but did not order, my family members did. They weren't moving slow like other reviews say but the floor is a state. I stepped in a giant puddle in line and my feet stuck to the floor. Straws and napkins everywhere. Counters messy. Food was edible.

Not anything like a real moes. They have no toppings options, they ran out of pretty much everything they did have and the employees are rude. When someone is just trying to order food don’t act like it’s a bother to you. News flash it’s your job. Very disappointed I wasted our meal tickets here

We waited in line for almost 90 minutes it was the slowest service I've ever seen in my life. They had at least four employees just leaning against the soda machine not working despite the line literally not moving. Whoever the manager is here take a hike.

i’m in line rn. i’ve been waiting for 30 mins just to get a dang burrito. workers are standing around doing nothing, scooping the protein in one by one in the slowest way possible, and staring at the cheese and lettuce making sure it doesn’t run away. thank you for that i guess cheese sergeant. line is HUGE and the workers are not being supervised by any adult or motivated worker. pathetic…find better workers
