Expensive. For the amount you Spend it’s really not worth it. Good is not great.

i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich
the chicken was so tough and dry it felt like biting into carpet... not to mention that it was
$14 dollars 😭
my sister's cheeseburger wasn't much better, but at least it had a decent amount of meat (unlike my sandwich)
don't bother going here, you can pay the same prices elsewhere at HP for some actual decent food

Average overpriced amusement park food. Staff friendly enough but slow.

Crowded and barely any seats for anyone. Food is average or worse and incredibly overpriced compared to the other stations.

I was at Hershey Park for 6 hours and I was starving, I finally found a food place and me and my friend got our food. I payed 15 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger. For context, I am a guy that loves burgers and I understand when they have to be mass produced, but that was the most disgusting, disappointing, overpriced excuse for a butger I have ever had in my life. I would have had a better dining experience eating leaves of of trees in hershey park than that miserable excuse for food. I genuinly belive that is the worst thing I have ever payed for. The only thing that made it somewhat edible was the fact that I was starving after being at an amusement park all day. Don't do it. It's not worth the pain. I couldn't even finish it.

Food is horrendous. Paying an outrageous price for cafeteria food at best. Ordered a bacon-cheeseburger just to get a frozen Bubba Burger with sad slices of bland bacon on top. Wanted mac-and-cheese as well, looking forward to a rich and creamy dish, only for it to be drenched in watery-cheese. Not a critic, but this was one of, if not the most, terrible places to eat. Might as well get Subway by the front of the park: A much better option. Adding on, there is barely any seating available. We had to scramble to find a place to rest at. At least the service was good.

Outrageously overpriced food of much worse quality than fast food restaurants. I understand being a captive audience inside an entertainment venue, but this was terrible.

Got the gluten free chicken strips (after waiting at the counter to order for 10 minutes) and it was raw? didn't notice till I ate some. I got a refund but I wish they cared more about the food they were serving, especially gluten friendly

They’re website says they have vegan options and options for dietary restrictions. Turns out their “options” actually means just one: a poorly cooked beyond burger in a stale gluten free bun with no additional toppings. They said they were “out” of everything else. My guess is they never had them because every person I talked to needed to speak to three others just to find out if they even served what their website states. Terrible experience. If you have allergies or eat vegan, bring your own food or find options elsewhere in the park… if you can.

Vegetarian options: Extremely limited options and we’re “out” of nearly every menu item for vegetarians/vegans. Stay away.

Dietary restrictions: Extremely limited options and we’re “out” of nearly every menu item for those with restrictions. Stay away.

I have had a few items here over the years and they are always disappointing. For the cost they are definitely not worth it.
Had chicken fingers yesterday and they were very dry, and the breading was thick and crunchy. Not a lot of flavor either. For $12.95 and no side these should be amazing.
The one positive thing is this place is one if the only climate controlled places to eat in the park.
