The only thing that would make this excellent breakfast sandwich better is some hashbrowns!!

Pasta was pretty meh, but that's what you get for ordering pasta at a tavern. Ha! Philly cheesesteaks were decent, and service was great. They very kindly remade a dish when I mentioned it was cold. Overall, nice place for a pint and a burger.
Nothing hits the spot on a gray rainy day like their beef stew and rolls!! Extremely wonderful and friendly service.

Varied drinks and small food menu. Be specific when you order because apparently there are menu variations they do not tell you about. Wedge salad is huge. Campfire old fashioned was pronounced excellent.
Good food & friendly staff. Well priced

The brunch was great! The tavern omelette with Boursin and asparagus was amazing, I highly recommend! It was a gorgeous day and we sat on the patio taking in the hustle and bustle of downtown Philly. Overall a great experience!
We came in for Sunday brunch with our kids and a couple friends, and we were very well taken care of. The staff were all so warm and welcoming. The food was amazing! We got the entree that came with a full bottle of mimosa and it was absolutely delightful! Our table was consistently waited on and all our needs were perfectly met! The ambience at the restaurant was also everything!
The food was excellent for brunch, both toasts dishes, steak and eggs and the cheese steak as well as the very tasty crab dip with toasted bread. The service was very friendly, the meals came out fast and they let us linger after we were done. High quality food and great service in a touristy area you don't always expect, but the Red Owl has both.
We ate outside. Our waitress, Jannea (sp?) was so unbelievably perfect. So attentive, so very pleasant and accommodating. We all enjoyed our brunch. Sat outside and enjoyed the Sunday morning views of tourists.

The service was fantastic. The server was Danny and he assisted us in picking our beer and meal. Both of his recommendations were spot on. The beer was excellent and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be dining here again!

Staff is always very friendly. Great location. Food is very good, awesome fries stood out as a bonus. We have been here for brunch and dinner. If the second level is open you'll have a bigger table and not as noisy. Bar is great.
Chicken Caesar wrap was amazing and service was phenomenal! Great guys! We ordered from a bunch of places in the fresh market and this was our face

We went prior to a show at the Arden. Services was timely and pleasant. The menu was smaller than I remember so it was hard to find a dish. We all enjoyed our choices and completed our meal in enough time to have a pleasant walk to the theater
