The food was delicious as weather drinks. We had the beef ribs really good and the mashed potatoes were very flavorful. My friend had some kind of drink a margarita with pomegranate licious. Let me say that the Caesar salad was a little dry had lots of cheese but didn't have much dressing on it

Service was excellent. Crab dip and beet salad was delicious. Sandwiches are a good size to split at lunch.

Came for Thanksgiving dinner. Food was good but I do not think it was worth the hefty price tag. It was standard Thanksgiving fare without any bells and whistles. Service was lacking. There were passed hors d'oeuvres that never made it to our table, it took a very long time to get our drinks and check, in fact a server only came to our table twice the whole time. Used plates were left to linger on our table. Items on the buffet were not restocked in a timely manner, including basics like plates and coffee. Baked goods like breads and desserts were the best part.

Manager Cassidy and her entire staff were wonderful! Our group of 5 became 7, but she happily accommodated us. Food was well-prepared and enjoyed by all. Highly recommended!

We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. Open, airy space with a great vibe. Our server was top-notch, attentive and fun. The food was delicious- fluffy omelet, tasty home fries. Will definitely return our next time in Philly!

We were staying at The Kimpton for a wedding. Made breakfast reservations her both mornings. Food was fabulous and service was quick and efficient. Definitely should try their homemade banana bread! The staff were so friendly and engaging.

We had a wonderful lunch. It was Halloween and the staff had fun costumes. Everybody was helpful and make sure we had everything we needed. The harvest bowl was delicious. 
Great staff. Better manager attention. Awesome service. Better food. Ambiance on a pre theater Tuesday was great. Definitely recommend.

We stopped in as a family of four and had a great experience. The cheesesteak was amazing and the Caesar salad was truly chef's kiss. Our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy. Service overall was fast and friendly. We were in and out in under an hour, which was perfect. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Highly recommend Red Owl Tavern for anyone visiting Old City!

Our server was amazing, there was a wedding going on next-door, but it didn't detract from the attention that we received when we were seated. I brought a friend from London to this establishment and they thoroughly enjoyed it.
