The service was amazing! Our mozerella caprese was perfect. Pizza was good. Sauce was just okay on the Italian dishes. It tasted like it was jarred sauce. Not as good as usual. I can't stress enough though that our server did a great job.
We ordered 3 entrees. One was very good, one was good, and one was not very good. Honestly, it seemed to be leftover and microwaved. Two desserts. One very good and one mediocre. Our server, Kaitlyn, was excellent. The music selection was eclectic.
We live local, so we thought we’d give it another try. Before we moved to Hershey, used to drive 50 miles to eat at this place. Last time we were here, maybe 3 years ago. Terrible food. What happened to this place ?????? My wife had the chicken Parmigiana……dry breaded chicken, mushy spaghetti, sauce that looked and tasted like it came right out of the Ragu jar. I had the chicken piccata , again 2 small tough pieces of chicken breast. Very dry, no sauce and some gummy risotto. Only good thing about our meal were the drinks. Bartender was great. Maybe this place good for pizza and that’s about it. We belong to the Hershey Italian lodge. No need to come back here.

We ordered a margarita pizza, mozzarella sticks and egg plant hero. The only flavor you tasted was SALT SALT SALT. Horrible food, will never order from there again !

Another great place to dine. This restaurant should be on your list to visit. Nice decor and a large bar greet you as you enter. Pleasant staffing seat you and take your order. Drinks come quickly, as do appetizers . Salads are plentiful and the entree's are of sufficient portions. It didn't seem too noisy like some restaurants. So for starters we had the fried calamari. My lady had a bowl of Italian wedding soup and our friends had salad. The meals pictured here were the lobster ravioli, the chicken marsala, the woodsman pizza, and the grilled gnocchi. All dishes were well prepared and plated nicely. Timely assistance from the waitress was much appreciated. Definitely recommend. Another visit with similar results, hence the new photos.

Chose Hershey’s outlets as our destination for our annual Christmas shopping adventure. A great Italian meal is typically part of it, and Pizza Sorrento was no exception. Meatball appetizer and homemade fettuccine were delicious. Would definitely visit again, if ever in Hershey again!

This is our favorite place for subs and pizza. In fact, when each of my 3 kids were born across the street at the med center, I was sent over for a turkey sub after each delivery!

This was my first time here. Having a recent wheat allergy diagnosis, the food I’ve come across at other places are limited and mediocre. Piazza Sorrento (the restaurant side) has the biggest gluten free menu I’ve ever seen! The gluten free bread, bruschetta, pizza and strawberry shortcake was amazing! I will definitely make the 90 minute drive back to enjoy it again. The staff was knowledgeable about food allergies and everyone was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. My daughter is able to eat non GF food and she said her food was just as fantastic!
