My husband enjoyed linguine with clam sauce and I had Chicken marsala. Service was great, food hot and delish. We live going to Pizza Sorrento whenever we are in Hershey.

Stopped in last night on a whim because we wanted pasta. So glad we did. It was a Saturday night and we didn't have reservations. We were told it would be an hour wait for a table but the bar and high tops around the bar were available immediately and we could order whatever we wanted there. Was a date night so that was no problem for us. Sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and efficient. She was really busy with tables, tables in the other room, making drinks for the tables as they ordered them from other servers and of course the people sitting at the bar but still did a great job and was nice! I've previously worked in the service industry so I know how stressful this can be.
We both had penne vodka. I had mine with chicken and everything was perfect! Pasta was super good and the grilled chicken was so good on its own. It came out quickly for how busy they were and totally hit the spot. We will be back!

Lasagna was very good, cheese curds were cheese curds. We ate at the bar, it was very noisy. I'm not sure if the noise was due to the acoustics of the room or that a few of the patrons were intoxicated or it could be that we had been at the hospital visiting a family member. Service was fine. I did notice the bar tender picking up a floor mat and went back to the bar without washing his hands. 🤢

Our server was fantastic and we were very lucky to have her. The food was delicious the best lasagna and chicken parm I have had all year. My sister and great niece really liked there meals and my wife loved her eggplant parmigiana as well. Thanks for a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner.

Bugs in the restaurant, food and drinks in December. Disgusting! My husband has a dairy allergy and they brought food with cheese out multiple times. Disappointed

First, the food is excellent. Impressively large gluten free menu, decent portions, and tasty food. The food is why we will give this place another try after our experience. There are two sections, a casual pizzeria and a more formal dining room. We selected the dining room for a nice celebration with friends. The atmosphere in both sections seemed similar. The more formal section was full of kids, even at a later dining hour, and they supplied those plastic kids cups you often see at places Denny's. There was an issue with our reservation in their system so we were sat later than planned. The table they brought us to did not have enough place settings for everyone and neither the server nor any of the other staff ever acknowledged it, we had to ask for silverware and plates. It took several requests for water and the wine was splashed when poured. The server was very nice but the atmosphere and service didn't align with the price tag for the food. Perhaps it was an off night but I was hoping for a different experience.

The hot cheesesteak sub was OK, nothing spectacular, but it was alright. Service was rather fast for a busy time of the day.
The.Best.Gluten.Free.Food. I don’t say that lightly, if you have celiac or just can’t eat gluten they have a dedicated gluten free menu and everything is made in house, none of that frozen BS…. 11/10

Had a 6:00 reservation, we were asked to take a seat and wait. We didn’t get seated until after 6:20 despite tables and booths available…. Eventually we got our table which was a booth which was open and available from the time we hit the chairs in the waiting area. Hostess told all incoming customers without reservations that their wait would be 1h45m and can confirm we left before 7:15 with at least 10 tables open… hostess was on her phone the whole time.
We got the house special shrimp crostini, shrimps were clearly frozen. $18 for an appetizer? I can get a 2lb bag of frozen shrimp for $12. Bread was untoasted and soggy. Definitely not homemade. Basically a store bought cut of soggy bread. Do not recommend.
The saving grace was the white pizza. Maybe. Cheese on the pizza had good flavor. The other pizzas we got were just okay. Wood fire oven would do this place a ton of favors. Can’t speak on pasta dishes or other appetizers but what was experience leads me to question a 4.4 star review here.
Also bathrooms are extremely unclean and unkept. Wouldn’t recommend.

We tried Piazza Sorrento with good expectations - we were in town for a concert at Giant Stadium (Hershey) - 4 people - 2 ordered Lasagna, 1 eggplant parm, 1 Magherita pizza - the only hot meal was the pizza - - other three meals were barely warm - - we were there at 5pm - - it was like the 3 meals were made the day before & not thoroughly reheated - - the Mgr was very nice - offered a reheat - we declined (timeline to get to the concert) - we were comped $18 off the bill in total.........they tried.........but in general, Sorry, for some of the first meals of your evening dinner service , we expected hot food, the warm meals were just unacceptable. (The plates at Olive Garden are piping hot to keep your meal hot longer.) These plates were cold - you could tell, and the food barely warm. BTW - both bathrooms were FRIGID Cold - - We were there December 11th (very cold outside)

The Bolognese is excellent along with the Mediterranean salad. Make sure you order the Italian Sauvignon.., excellent!!

Atmosphere nice! Food very mid. Ehh. Are you staying at the Lodge feeling lazy don’t want to overspend, sure this is ok. Can you travel a little further away? Then you should. Is it bad? No. Is it worth it? Not really
