outstanding steamed clams in a flavorful broth for an app;along with a tasty version of italian wedding soup. all entrees were delicious, chicken and veal parm in a sweet and delicious marinara with well cooked spaghetti on the side. highlight was a special with pork steak and farro risotto. the farro in particular was outstanding; toothsome and flavorful.

We showed up an hour prior to closing. We weren't rushed, our food came out quickly and it was delicious. Our pasta dishes were al dente and were actually offered wine pairings. That was a nice touch and we would gladly come back when we're around the area.

Seating is awkward. With all the tables along the wall, they chose to seat all incoming parties at the uncomfortable tables where multiple parties had to ask to switch tables. Crab dip is dismal. Presentation looks like a can of cat food, tastes like the crab version of tuna salad, was painful to have paid $20 for it. “Homemade pasta” was thin, watery & with sauce that tasted jarred. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately this was a waste of time and money.

My wife and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, it was special. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the meal was quite good. We started with the New England Clam Chowder and a caprese salad. Both were very good with the basalmic vinegar tangy and sweet. I had the sausage and penne and my wife had the salmon with risotto. The sauce on my penne was very tasty with just right zest. The sausage had not been cooked in sauce, and thus, lacked the same taste I would have expected, but it was still very good. My wife meal was very good by her standard and so a nice evening was enjoyed. Suggest providing EVOO with bread for dipping instead of just butter.
The food was very good - especially given the price which was below what some comparable Italian restaurants might charge. The server was extremely attentive and made sure we were never needing something. Service was prompt and we moved timely from appetizer/salad to entree. We left well satisfied without room for dessert. Would go back again as this was the first time.

The food was incredible as was the service! We found Piazza Sorrento via “Find Me Gluten Free” and the fabulous reviews there. He had the crab dip appetizer and the steak & blue cheese alfredo, both were delicious. I had the mozzarella and prosciutto crostini to start and the primavera. Both excellent. Fried sage leaves topped the crostini and was a perfect touch. Our server was friendly and attentive, we thought she was great. Highly recommend!

We had another wonderful experience at Pizza Sorrento. We drove two hours so we could to celebrate a birthday with Gluten Free options. One of my children has Celiacs Disease and it is so exciting to get a good gluten free Italian meal!! The gluten free bread is so delicious!!
