Our first time at this restaurant. We ordered the spinach and apple salad with chicken, penne pasta with marinara sauce, and the Italian sampler dish. The food was very good. We enjoyed the ciabbati bread on the table, too. Ben was our server. He was very friendly and helpful with our order. We will be back when we return to Hershey.

We love this place love the food love the Bartender and service. But I am absolutely fed up with the condition of the bathrooms. There’s no excuse for this and if they don’t fix it soon. I’m gonna be all over social media and stop coming here.

Inviting menu that includes a robust gluten free set of choices. Food is fresh and tasty. Obviously a local favorite, cozy bar ambience. Lots of laughter and conversation in dining areas radiates friendly vibe. Satisfactory service.

This was our first time at this restaurant, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Hershey. The delicious food, friendly staff and atmosphere made it a great experience. We enjoyed the shrimp soup, garden salads with house dressing, white pizza and crab ravioli special. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Service was very attentive. Restaurant is located under five minutes from Hershey Lodge.

This was an outstanding dining experience! Our two young grandchildren were happy with the coloring pages and the food, especially the chocolate milk! I am on a strict gluten free diet and was able to order and eat so many options on the specific gluten free menu! I got the prosciutto and mozzarella crostini and the lasagna! Mama Mia! Our server was so patient and helpful. Non gluten free dishes were outstanding as well. The ambiance is classy yet comfortable. We were seated at a banquette so the kids had plenty of wiggle room. I wound certainly recommend this restaurant for family friendly dining and delicious food.

Completely disappointed. Reviews made this sound like the food was something special. This is average at best. Pasta is homemade but sauce tasted straight from a can. My son ordered pizza and there was barely any cheese. We mentioned it and they made another which was better but they charged for a 2nd pizza. Not worth the $$$

Location helps but the meatball sub is heaven and the pizza is awesome. Spent 3 months, in the area, because of the hospital, but this place is incredible. Every visit to Hershey is a visit to Sorrentos.
Ordered over the phone, walked in and no one was to be found, I walked over to the empty bar where 2 employees where standing there texting on their phones after a minute I informed them I was there to pick up food, I went back and was informed my ticket had been lost and I had to recite what all I ordered. Spent 20 minutes just trying to pay because they had to get the totals for everything off the menue. I got home to cold food. Both meals didn’t come with rolls or side salads, my chicken Alfredo was hard, the chicken was clearly microwaved and the Alfredo was bland and had no seasoning. Customer service sucked, food was bland and cheaply made, very disappointing I spent 78 dollars for something that tasted worse than McDonalds! In the back I observed an employee making a sub with her bare hands and touching meats and vegetables without any gloves! Would not recommend unless you like being disappointed! Italian joints are hit or miss!

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a bad meal here. I usually get the chicken parmesan because it’s amazing. The appetizers are all good! I hear the chicken Marsala is great as well.
