Complete letdown! Please stop allowing reservations if you can't accommodate them. We made one for 545, weren't sat until 6:15, ordered food and drinks immediately, 6:45 still no drinks and were told only one bartender. Well there was an event at the Giant center so that seems like terrible planning. Had to cancel our drink order, scarf down our food since we were seated 30 minutes after reservation. Again this could have all been avoided if we weren't able to make...
While it was winter - the offseason - there was also an event at the Giant Center, so it was pretty busy. We were seated after 6PM on our 5:30PM reservation. That said, the staff was apologetic and accommodating. The food was still great, drinks were delicious, and our server was incredibly kind.
We've dined previously and we're excited to dine again but this time (dined 2 nights in a row this time) but it just wasn't as good as our previous visits. I thought maybe it was just me until my family said the same thing....just wasn't the same. We had a family member who had not dined previously, and he said he did not understand all the hype we were giving the restaurant because it was mediocre.
