Horrible service. Took to long receive my food the waitress was rude she was talking about other employees in front of me and my husband and there was another guy I think his name was Geno he was rude this place will just hire anybody even if it's the help it needs some age will never come back here ever again we use to love eating here but unfortunately the staff that work here now just are rude and not Pleasant to be around

Please, for the love of God, remove wings from your menu. These things are horrible quality unless you only use crappy wings for your half-price wings, and every other day, you use quality wings. We got wings delivered one time, and they were a hit, and they have consistently been a miss ever since.....you need quality control or a new supplier for your ingredients....

Who is doing the pizzas now? Every one we get is overdone. Today I ask specifically not to overdo them and I still got one that was way over baked. Last one that I will buy there.

At the Hershey location, it was disappointing. It was a beautiful fall day and neighboring restaurant had there doors open and bustling crowd. The restaurant had air conditioning on and doors closed. Why do you have the “garage doors “ if you don’t utilize them when warm fall days are appropriate???? Was cold sitting inside on a beautiful day due to air conditioning turned on and not necessary????

Waiter was either stoned out of his mind or really just that incompetent. Placed an order just to get a pretzel. It took 1 hr of waiting then asked where it was. He said just came out of the oven. It takes 1 hour to make a soft pretzel? I've seen auntie Anne's do it in under 5. Never going back to this crap whole.

Wife's salad had spoiled veggies in it, disgusting. Manager did credit for the salad. Famous place needs a little better management, especially of staff.

me and my boyfriend came in on a random sunday night in october. it was slightly busy and although we sat quickly, we weren’t initially greeted for a while. an AMAZING person named dylan came up and helped us, continued to check on our sodas and meals, and was so kind. dylan made our night and will be the reason i return.

Food was very good. Bartender was awful, worst Margarita I have ever had, tasted like straight mix no alcohol, then 6 couples came in with 10 kids it turned into a freaking joke. Thought this was a restaurant and bar, not the amusement park out back. Would not recommend. ( I like kids. But not screaming and hollering like they are outside )

Yucky visit. My drink cup looked like it spent the day at sea in heavy waves, broken dishwasher? The place was dirty for not being busy. Guess they did Vance a favor for not letting him in. Didn't used to be like this.

A delicious sandwich and vinegar based Cole slaw!!! I enjoyed my food and the sweet waitress who dealt with my so exhausted self after a long drive here!!
