Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was good. Waitress was horrible. Very few people there and she was very hard to find. No follow up what so ever. It's a shame a restaurant has to hire these people.

We were in the restaurant on 8/30/25 at around 2:30. It was not busy. We were sat in a booth that the seats were dirty so the hostess sat us in the next booth and had it cleaned up. We waited and tried to call waiters over and were ignored. We waited for 15 minutes and no one visited our booth. Then people were sat at the now cleaned original booth and were serviced immediately! We got up, told the hostess our dissatisfaction, and left. We are season pass holders at Hersheypark and visit this location frequently. We ate at the Parkside Hotel instead. I highly recommend that place! Service there was outstanding!

Decided to go with the family after going to Hershey park. Ordered an appetizer to start and never received it. Then when the dinner came out I was given the wrong dinner. The manager who did not help at all was doing the typical sorry bs. Then they give me my appetizer when at that point I didn’t want it. My wrap came out shortly after and had a funky smell to which I just left it. When receiving the bill I was offered no discount free drink or anything. Was charged for all of it so I gladly paid and we left back to our hotel and I ordered a pizza. If you are looking for a place to eat around Hershey park I would definitely skip this Red Robin.

After hours visiting Hershey Park we decided to go for dinner. Stopped at Red Robin for the first time. Amazing experience. Place was busy but it took less than 2 minutes for us to be seated. Service was fantastic. Servers are corteous, polite, friendly, and checking every 5 minutes if we were ok. Food was great. Price was great. We had a wonderful experience and really looking to coming back.

Very very busy. Expect wait times. We came on Saturday as a family of 4 and waited about 20 min.

Shoutout to Susie at Red Robin—she’s the BEST! So sweet and personable, and somehow managed to keep everything running smoothly even though the place was packed. My 2-year-old (who is not easily impressed) loved her so much she drew her a picture—that says it all. Susie made the whole experience awesome. Big kudos to her! 🙌🍔❤️

Had a delicious meal here with our daughters and two grandsons. Burgers were delicious. Appreciated that we could get tasty gluten free buns.
