Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Having worked at this location in the past, I was really unhappy with my experience tonight. Joined the waitlist ahead of time at 8:20pm, at that time it showed 20 minute wait with 7 parties ahead of us. We arrived at the restaurant when it showed there was one party ahead of us around 9pm. Upon entering the restaurant, the list showed we were next to be sat and after checking in with the host, we were told there would be an additional 10 minute wait.. completely understandable.
We waited 25 minutes while we watched people who had not joined the waitlist be sat before us. Until all was said and done we waited one hour only to be told that we had to wait 10 more minutes that we were still “next”.
We more than understand this is a busy location but the way we were treated and never sat after waiting essentially 1 1/2 hours while people walking in were told 10-15 minutes was completely unnecessary.
Only one host on at this time too with a busy restaurant, poor planning for a busy Saturday evening.
It would take a lot for me to return to this location.

Reserved a spot on the waiting list was told 10 minutes ended up waiting an hour while everyone but us were sat. The host staff was rude, disrespectful. Being so close to Hershey Park, You would think they’d be able to handle the capacity and apparently they cannot. if I could give less than one star I would. absolutely terrible.

We had a lovely family dinner here after our trip to Hershey park. There was 12 of us and our waitress was phenomenal. She was very attentive and did not miss a single thing. All the food came out correctly and timely. We came on Black Friday and there was also still parking. So great job for having appropriate amount of space as an outlet restaurant.

Vegetarian options: It’s a burger joint….

Dietary restrictions: I know they do gluten free but am I sure how far that goes.

Parking: Quite a large parking lot. You should have no trouble finding a space.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will easily find food here.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible though space between tables can be tight.

I have been to other Red Robins and was not impressed. THIS Red Robins was well run. Food was delicious, wait staff excellent and we tipped well because of this. We are former waitresses in college.

This place has really gone downhill. Went on Saturday, place was mobbed (to be expected) but we waited about 20+ minutes for our order to be taken, then salads & burgers took 40 minutes to come out. The waitress was lacking. Once we got the food (which was supposedly "blackened", no, it was fully burnt. It tasted like absolute crap that I wouldn't feed my dog.
I used to like Red Robin but this restaurant was dark, dirty, understaffed and food not worth half the price they charge for it. There was food & trash scattered randomly on the floors. Honestly, it FELT really grubby inside and for a family restaurant in Hershey, doing that much business, they really need to clean up their act. We won't be back.

This is the place to be Sunday night apparently, because it was packed. Luckily didn't have to wait too long for a table. Our server Ayat was awesome, even though they were definitely busy, they still checked in on us several times and got us refills. Overall a great night.

I am very disappointed! I can’t believe how much we paid for food to look like it was already made earlier and me and my husband got like 10 fries each and the tenders were hard. You call this place gourmet food?! This is ridiculous. Wendy would’ve been better. Smh.
