The workers are doing the best they can but there’s not enough of them. 20 mins for a milk shake because they are being crushed by demand and have to go from station to station with different order queues. They’re drowning and I hope it’s not like this for them often. I feel bad for them!
The shake was very good and the workers were really nice. Only reason it isn’t a five star is because they didn’t accept cash after I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes and they originally messed up my order.
The service was incredibly slow and the wait was pretty long because of that. The prices aren’t that outrageous considering how overpriced everything is in Hersheypark. My ice cream was okay but not fresh. There weren’t enough sprinkles on mine either.
