AACA Fall Meet car auction

Revelry was absolutely horrible…25 minutes in with half a restaurant empty and took our order. The waitress didn’t check on us after she took our order and we never saw her again until the check. Never saw her move faster when she saw the money come out . Meanwhile a 5 year old was crying that she didn’t get her plain $11 pasta for over an hour….come on…this is a kid geared hotel…it’s not even summer…do better! The most amazing staff at the hotel, pool, and store…just pathetic to go to Revelry and spend over $200 on a meal with wait staff who couldn’t care less.

Lots of activities for the kids, great restaurants, cozy atmosphere, staff was helpful and accommodating. The only bad experience we had was when we were checking in the lady at the desk didn’t bother to look at our booking so I was misinformed twice. She told me we had to get our park tickets at the park, which wasn’t true. If she would have looked at our booking she would have seen that we purchased the park tickets with our room so she was supposed to give them to us at checkin. We didn’t find this out until arriving at the park. Luckily the staff at the park was able to help us. Secondly, when I asked the woman at checkin to add my AAA membership she didn’t look at the reservation and said it was already there. Which I knew wasn’t true. I ended up going back to the desk later that night and a gentleman helped me add my discount. Oh yes and the lady that checked us in only gave us two free passes to the garden and museum when we had booked for three people. She was nice but really made our experience difficult. Maybe she was new? Who knows. But everything else was fantastic. We even ended our stay with a dip in the pool. Would definitely return, just be careful not to rush check in.

Very well done! Service was wonderful! Food was great, truly up to the Hershey standards. A little awkward paying for the alcoholic beverages. Price is a little higher then other buffetts this year!

The thanksgiving buffet is a great start to a Thanksgiving stay at the Hershey Lodge. Start with a full belly from the big buffet with traditional offerings, seafood, and a chocolate fountain! The service was attentive and we enjoyed chatting with the folks that looked after us. Although a bit overpriced compared to other offerings, it is worth it to be fed well and be close to the place where we spend Thanksgiving Night.

The Chocolate Avenue show and dinner was very festive. It was labeled for children also but the production could of been more kid friendly with some audience interaction. The show was very long and children were getting bored with just singing. The service was fast, more than accommodating. Food was delicious including my vegetarian meal. I canceled one of my tickets the day after they charged my card and after 4 phone calls have been unsuccessful in getting a $55 refund.

The Chocolate Christmas show and dinner were both very enjoyable. The Ballroom was decorated tastefully and the show on stage with the singers and dancers was first rate. The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely a great venue with great entertainment.

We attended the Dinner and Christmas Show at the Hershey Lodge with friends. The food was very good and the service was excellent at Table #2. The show was outstanding!!! Such energy and talent! We heard rumor that it might be the last year for the dinner and show which would be a shame. But the Red Ballroom was practically empty and there were probably only about 55 people at the event. What a shame because it was so good!

The restaurant and very neat and clean. We were welcome by a courteous staff. My husband requested a gluten-free menu and the waiter was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He ordered the chocolate barbecue shrimp which was simply delicious. The waiter was terrific. The lodge and restaurant looked so eloquent at Christmas. Great job everybody-highly recommended!

Room was decorated nicely for Christmas. Performers came out a sang various Christmas Songs as we ate our appetizers. Appetizers were a variety of cheeses, meats, etc. There was a cash bar. Drink prices were reasonable. Overall value of the dinner was low for the $55 per person charge. Portion sizes were small - Baked Stuffed chicken - especially the desert. Family sitting at our table had 3 children. Each child's meal cost $30 and was chicken tenders with mac and cheese. Same meal at Chocolate World cost less than $10. Show was dancing and singing and was done well.

The show and dinner were both fantastic, the staff was also fantastic they can't go enough out of there way for there guests. I asked a young lady, that I guess was the supervisor of the dinner and show a question, she answered right away and seen that everything run smoothly, I sorry I don't get her name, but was trying to get the sweet light s in that night too. one of the best staff that a place can have. that makes people come back and tell friends. every business I went to in Hershey were friendly and the town and everything was clean. you can tell people takes pride in Hershey.

It was my first time at the Hershey Motor Lodge dinner theater. Food was good, service great and show very first rate. Would do it again and have already recommended it to several friends.

The Christmas dinner show at Hershey Lodge was excellent in every way. The 4 course meal was delicious, the service phenomenal, and the show was comparable to Broadway. I could do it year after year! It was a great way to kick off the holiday season!
