Just picked up from Starbucks, the person at the drive through acted like they were bothered by my ordering. They handed me the wrong drink without saying anything. I sat there until they opened the window and said this isn’t my drink. They didn’t say anything and took it back and went and picked up an unmade Venti Chai when I had a grande dirty chai with a double shot. They poured milk to the top and handed it to me without saying anything. There was no sticker order on my cup. There were no shots of espresso and it looked almost like straight milk. When she handed it to me she was talking to someone on her headset about her problems or something and didn’t say a word to me. I just left because I wasn’t about to say something about my drink a third time.

Very busy location in the morning time but the staff works quickly and efficiently at the drive through window. My order is always made right.
I ordered ahead using the mobile app. My order was ready as soon as I walked in and staff were all friendly. I regularly stop here now when I place a mobile order.
