Talk about zero sense of urgency. Took about ten minutes to get a lemon cake and a latte. There was nobody else in line waiting. You have one person making drinks at a snails pace, and two other guys just walking around touching things as if they are trying to look busy. I would expect a Starbucks in a hospital of all places to try and be somewhat quick. I could have made my drink faster with one hand tied to my waist.

Employees act unprofessional. No sense of urgency. Slowwwww service. Made my latte iced instead of hot when I clearly ordered hot because I never get iced coffees and didn't feel like saying something and having to wait another 2o minutes to have it remade.

On Tuesday 6/11/24,My daughter and I were visiting a friend at this hospital and wanted to get coffee for him. Unfortunately I was verbally abused in front of my daughter by an employee. He was screaming at us that we had made the line to order at the wrong place. This was our first time here and he could have been kinder about that. I did report this abuse and was told that he was asked not to do that again instead of writing him or even releasing him of his duties. I was also told that he was new at his job "permitting his behavior" I suppose... well, I was a new customer too and did not offer him my rudeness. I teach my kids to be kind only for them to see a grown up be unkind for NO reason at all! How can he learn better?

Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.
Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.
Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.
Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. You can look things up ahead of time on starbucks website.

This location is in main lobby of Hershey medical.Extremely busy at times.Typical Starbucks menu.My go to is caramel latte and spinach, feta, and egg white wrap. The wrap is warm and awesome plus better calorie option.My quest had the caramel latte and egg,bacon, cheddar breakfast sandwich which was awesome.Appreciate the workers even through the staff shortages they remain patience with long lines.Not the cheapest Breakfast option. The breakfast sandwiches are pricey. Egg,bacon Breakfast sandwich was 5.95.
