I absolutely love coming here and the baristas are so nice and very caring and take very good care of their customers I will keep coming here

Went here and ordered an iced chai. I spelled my name for the guy taking my order just in case. As I was spelling it, he confidently interrupted to tell me he knew how to spell it... and then proceded to spell it wrong lol. That was silly.
But they make a mean iced chai with quick and polite service. I'd come here again

They were extremely rude, and did not have blonde espresso or oatmilk, I work at starbucks so i know that if you are low you should order it.
extremely dissatisfied. reading all theese reviews , a lot of them are about the employees. i can back that up! the one girl kept giving me attitude at 7 am! if you don’t like mornings!!! don’t work morning shifts!!!! treat people the way you want to be treated. Start your morning off without this location! Go to the outlets. worst experience at a starbucks and i grew up in the city of orlando FL!!! do i even have to say more.

Placed an order online for 1 drink (11.80) (I did customize so it was a little extra for the drink), I also ordered 1 protein box (8.15), and 1 egg sandwich (6.55) after fees, total cost was $37.31. I ordered on the Starbucks website, but I selected Delivery as I was at work and unable to leave my site.
My order shows up and there’s only a drink, not even filled to the top. No food. I called the store, and the manager asked “what do you want me to do about it” I asked for a refund or for my food and he told me he can’t, that I ordered through Door dash, he can’t get the food to me and he can’t give me a refund. I clarified that I ordered on the Starbucks website, and paid directly to Starbucks. He kept telling me to call DoorDash (I eventually did to confirm to at least myself that I didn’t order through door dash and as expected they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have record of an order placed).
Now The manager did offer for me to “stop in” sometime and he’d give me a few treats for my troubles. Treats? What about just giving me the food I ordered. I ended up having to call a different local Starbucks and speak to a manager who was willing to be helpful. They gave me the Customer Service number for Starbucks. I called and requested a refund, explained the situation and got a whole $17 and some change in return. I was screwed out of my money for sure and So this is how I spent 20.00 for one Venti Iced Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte. Thanks Starbucks. Such amazing Service. Way to back your brand. 🙄

Service is absolutely atrocious here. The short haired woman running the front is completely lost. For how expensive Starbucks is, it's completely unacceptable to have the same constant issues at this store
Service was fast and drinks tasted good
The barista named Jonathan seems unfriendly and often chats instead of focusing on his tasks, which disrupts workflow for his colleague. There have also been instances where he duplicated orders, leading to wasted drinks. I believe addressing these issues could improve service overall. I will not recommend this Starbuck branch.

Cole refused to serve a customer with a service dog. Customer offered to prove the service provided by her licensed/trained/vested service animal and he refused. Served the person with her but NOT her.
He also refused to provide the managers name upon request.
This is a direct violation of ADA and Cole needs some additional training... or better yet, a new job!
