Order a strawberry drink and my daughter notices their are no strawberries in the drink… ask the girl at the drive thru window if their supposed to have strawberries in there her answer “ yes we were out of them Till I restocked them 30 seconds ago”. So if it took 30 seconds to restock why not restock and make the drink I paid for correctly the first time annd she knew they didn’t make the drink right and didn’t bother to say they were out of a key ingredient ! Also she never informed us they were out of strawberries in the first place. Like going to the bar and ordering a rum & coke and they forget the rum! Some people’s children. Piss poor customer service here!!

Always very crowded , and wait times are horrible. The sitting arrangements are also very mismanaged and literally you have to wait min 15 mins for one order. This needs to be reviewed and for sure improvements required.

It was an extremely busy in Hershey today, and it seemed the throngs descended upon this Starbucks en masse. The staff were diligently working to churn out a flood of drive thru, mobile, and counter service orders... My daughter got her mobile order within 5 minutes, my large pike place drip coffee ordered at the counter (with no line) emerged at the pickup end of the counter 25 minutes later... Had I known mobile and drive thru were prioritized, I would have went to Sheetz. The staff were impressively pleasant while the crowd of peeved caffeine addicts (myself included) glared in their general direction. As a protestant, I don't believe in purgatory... However this Starbucks experience is making me reconsider. Oh, the coffee was decent and the restroom was spotless. If this place looks busy.... Don't bother. I'm sure when there aren't an overwhelming amount of customers this location and the staff would be paradise compared to my 25 minutes in purgatory today.

I waited half an hour for a brownie I never got. A brownie. I was visiting with my marching band, and we had an hour to shop, so I figured I'd get a snack halfway through. After I ordered, I waited for 15 minutes for my friend two people in front of my to get her food, and another 5 for my friend in front of me to get her food. Eventually the people behind me got their food, then the people behind them and then skipped my friend behind them to serve more people behind him. He eventually got his brownie, even though I ordered before him AND we got the EXACT SAME ORDER. Eventually we had to leave-we as in my other friends who ordered about 5-10 minutes after me and some of which had also gotten their order. People come to Starbucks SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE IT IS FAST. It shouldn't take HALF AN HOUR to get a BROWNIE.

When you have to tell your line customers “ there currently is a 20min wait, would you still like to order.” Maybe it’s time to suspend mobile ordering. As an entire lobby filled with empty handed people watches as the staff works to crank out endless mobile orders, to include a drive thru line extending around the building. Managers need training in capacity.

Missing an item - all ice coffees had green tape over mouth opening in top of cup - IMPOSSIBLE to get off! What little we could scrape off left yucky sticky residue and was completely unusable! Spent over $100 and the egg bites were the only eatable part. Would NEVER recommend ordering from here
Excellent place, they always have people but generally the waiting time is super fast, the people who serve are very friendly and it has a large parking space. And also the drive-thru service is excellent

I've never been in a Starbucks that was dirty, but this location was a mess. The bathrooms, the floors, and counters were covered in splatters and puddles of water. Every trashcan was overflowing to the point trash was collecting on the floor. Honestly, this location was so disgustingly dirty that I doubt I'll ever go there again.

On one of the hottest afternoons this summer yet, Starbucks was a life saver to me and about half the block with a wait time of 15 to 30 minutes. While it wasn't a perfect visit nor do I really like Starbucks but the workers were incredible under the pressure of nearly 40 people waiting around for a drink. Specifically Nina who was an excellent worker and helped guide the kitchen.
Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian
