Made drinks wrong TWO times wrong first time was good but second time was the worst. Ordered a strawberry acai with water and got it with lemonade! Even when I asked for water in it they made it so light! It was pretty much flavored water and can taste the sink water in it

This was my first time coming to the park and I decided to start off my day with some Starbucks. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I was nervous because I don’t usually go to Starbucks but they were able to give me drink recommendations. I ended up getting a brown sugar oatmeal shake expresso! 10/10 so yum!

All the customers were all staring at each other in line unsure of what was going on. . Workers were just talking not doing anything, the manager seemed unaware and only one cash register open with a line out the door. This is the second time I was here this summer for a hershey park visit and the second time ive experienced this issue. Avoid this place and go to dunking. Maybe its better service. The rest of hershey is a well oiled machine this is not.

There were 8-10 employees standing around talking to each other while only 2 made drinks. I was also waiting to be rung up while another employee stood behind the counter just staring at me. Seemed very unprofessional and disorganized. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We grabbed some iced lattes and cold brews on our way to the boardwalk yesterday around 10:45am and were able to order and get our drinks quickly. Drinks were great. No complaints!

Nice Starbucks licensee location right inside Hershey Park. This cafe was clean and spacious with a decent variety of products. Service was decent, and drinks were well done. Due to being in an amusement, the prices were higher than usual. We got a grande size Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, grands size Summer Skies Boba drink, and an ice coffee. All were very good.
