Always fresh and fast service
Colby, Nathaniel, and Jacob were very nice
We have the meal plan and the cashier (K) couldn’t figure out what to do and made us pay for 1 out of 3 meals. She said it wouldn’t scan and that I’d have to pay for my autistic daughter’s sandwich even though u could see her pass included the 2 meal plan and I showed her the meal plan with her picture on it. She said she wasn’t scanned into the park but how did a child with a pass with a meal plan with the picture of that same child in the same outfit break in past security. Since it was the end of the day and I wasn’t going to get meals for everyone except my child I paid. I think K may have had a rough day and needs a bit more training in customer service. The sandwiches were good. Cashier needs help.
I ordered a veggie 6” sub and while adding condiments, the server used the same knife for making both veg and chicken(meat). When I raised an alarm, he got defensive and lied saying he used different knives. Could be life threatening for someone with dietary restrictions

Apparently they “can’t” toast the sandwiches. Same price as a regular Subway but limited menu. Not even worth it.
Opening day (3/29/2024)The air conditioner wasn't working when my friends and I arrived here on opening day, so I have to admit that it was really hot inside. However, all in all, Jason & Braden provided excellent customer service to me and my friends even though the shop was about to close.Jaiden C.

I came here with my grandchildren as an alternative to Burgers I wish they had the same selection that some other Subways did I understand it's a limited menu but it's very annoying I also wish they had more of an indoor dining area where it was air conditioned however for the most part the food was good and obviously it was made correctly

Service wasn’t very good, employee were hard to understand at some points. They wouldn’t toast my food either would have rather gone to moe’s.

Staff made fun of me for asking a question. I left and didn’t order food. Place needs better management and better training on how to treat customers.

Don't bother with chain food shops when there's so many other great options. Especially Subway ?
This person we so nice to make definitely recommend. Kid work their butts off and always have a smile in their face. And it’s always Fresc

I give them credit for showing up to work, but seriously... who makes sandwiches like this? $9 for this???
I asked for a milk on the rocks. I did not receive milk on the rocks. I received a BOTTLE milk with no ice and 1% at that. this is absolutely unacceptable what did this woman think I ment when I said milk on the rocks totally a trash store I would not recommend.
We were glad to find a subway with a short line at the park. There were less than 10 customers ahead of us when we got in line, yet it took almost an hour to get our food, which was ridiculous. This would never happen at any other subways outside the park.
