The Bears' Den at Hershey Lodge

this was genuinely the worst food i have ever eaten. we ordered the soft pretzels as an appetizer and they were frozen solid. when our food came, everything tasted so bad that we barely ate anything. The burgers were even worse than a high school cafeteria’s. Please do not spend the ridiculous amounts of money that they think they can charge for public school cafeteria level food. The service was totally fine but the quality of the food is no where near what they’re charging.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! From the theming to the great food and the service is phenomenal! Try their build a burger its really good and even though it can be the smallest bit pricy it is worth it

Very cool place to visit especially if you are a hockey fan. Lots of memorabilia and interesting Hershey Bears hockey jerseys. The food & service was excellent!

Recently stayed at the Lodge and ate at the Bear’s Den. Positives: kid friendly, friendly servers, not too long of a wait. Negatives: Food - do not order the nachos (fake cheese, stale chips) and turkey club (no mayo, bacon cold, most likely premade and had been sitting in a cooler - definitely not fresh). Also, quesadilla does not come with salsa. Ordering pico (they didn't have salsa) cost extra $1.50. Very overpriced and not worth it. Will not be going back!

First time here. Family of 4. Ordered 12 wings with honey bbq sauce.bWings came out really good. Kids got the chicken fingers and fries and the bbq burger and fries. Son didn’t like the burger that much. Husband ordered fish and chips. The fish was just one piece. I ordered the honey bbq salmon. The salmon came out under cooked. Returned it. Came out a second time and still had a small area under cooked. Sent back a 2nd time. They microwaved the dinner so the salmon was better cooked but then it didn’t come out as good. The Spanish rice and the green beans were soggy. Our waitress was fabulous and the manager came over to apologize for the meal. Everything was fine. We were not charged for the salmon dinner which was really nice of them.

I had a pleasant meal at this location. If you want a nice-sized portion for the price point you will get that here. My favorite thing is their customer service. I had the build-your-own burger. I was a bit disappointed that it was well done as opposed to medium well. I like my burgers juicy and well done produces a dryer texture. However, the flavor was good. I would've enjoyed fries instead of homemade chips. Overall I give it a thumbs up.

I’ve been here many times and previously have been given excellent service. Today we came (2 people) and there were at least 4 open tables. We were told we had to wait 25 minutes to be sat. Their reason was they were saving those tables in case groups of 3 or more come in. In case! Apparently being a couple is not something they care to have in their restaurant.

A decent sports bar/restaurant inside a great hotel.

I visited The Bears Den during a stay at the Hershey Lodge. I sat at the bar and ordered a burger and a mixed drink. Service here was quick and I had the burger about 10 minutes after ordering. The burger was not anything that would knock your socks off, but it was good, juicy, and cooked to order! Overall I believe my stop in The Bears Den was positive and is a good option to eat while visiting the Lodge!

The prices are what you would expect from a restaurant on premises (on the upper end), but expectations end there. The food was very tasty. The menu had a huge selection, suitable for both kids & adults.

The service is in a league of its own. We have a kid with dairy allergies. A chef came out and talked with us. She explained they have a separate fryer free of allergens. We appreciate the attention to detail. It gave us confidence our kiddo could eat safely.

Very good food, sports bar, but our server was terrible- slow, non- attentive. Took forever to take our order/ so many parties who arrived after us ate & left well before us. I had to ask manager twice to send someone to please take our order.
