This is one of our favorite places in the Hershey area. We have come here a few times so far and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. Meagan, our server was very nice and very good at getting our orders 100% correct The Christmas decorations are so festive and put you in a great mood! Our grandson had a kids salmon dinner and he ate the whole thing! He was too full for dessert ( 😳) but did eat a few of the hershey kisses Meagan left for us at the end of our visit. We will definitely come again!!

Not a great experience today. Waited an hour for appetizer. Waiter then came by and said they gave our food to the wrong table. Apps finally came out followed almost immediately by or mains which gave us no space on table to time to eat. Similar wait for dessert. Checked dropped off before dessert was. No apologies or attempt to make up for service failures. So other table got our apps for free but we paid full price for mediocre food and bad service.

True, our server, was wonderful, as usual. He is efficient and very personable. We have developed a nice friendship with him. I had the 12-oz New York Strip. Bob had the flatbread pepperoni pizza. They were both delicious. We topped our dinner, off, with the Pumpkin Cheesecake. It was outstanding. The Chocolatier is a wonderful way to spend an evening. Jeannine and Bob

This was our 2nd time at the Chocolatier and it was just as amazing as the first!! A huge part of that was our amazing waitress Megan Gavin! We had her last year and she was so amazing we requested her a year later and got her! She is the definition of 5+ stars!! The food was always amazing and Megan gives the best recommendations if you are having trouble deciding on what to order! Megan and the Chocolatier have become a yearly holiday tradition for my family and we cant wait to come back next year! ❤️

Service was good and atmosphere was good, but man was the food subpar. Triple dip was the best part of the meal. Other than that their food is bland, overcooked, and overhyped. If you can’t get the basics down, you shouldn’t be operating a full service restaurant here.

Food items are reasonably priced, except for milkshakes. I made reservations to make sure we got a table, which I made for 11:15, so we could have lunch before park opens at 12 noon, to have lunch before going into the park at Christmas time. We had reservations for six and when taken to our table we only had six chairs, we had to pull over our own chair for all of us. The restaurant has great atmosphere and ambience. The restaurant was super clean and spacious. Service was a little slow and we weren’t that busy during our visit, especially when we first got there. It took a while to get our water/beverages and waiter came over to greet our table. The restaurant upstairs inside the Chocolatetown store at the park’s entrance/exit, which can be entered before entering park or leaving the park. There are stairs and or elevator to take up to the second level of store to the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit, unique food options, you’re not get anywhere else.

Went here with my best friend and I got to say we had a pretty good time. The meat was absolutely fantastic. I reccommend eating there on wensday or thursday because you will have the most awesome meat. We did have to send back the fries they were mushy. My best friends bun for the take 5 was hard as a rock. The waiter was absolutely fantastic and would recommend him to anyone. I know they have some new people but I definitely would eat here again.

This is an awesome concept, great atmosphere and ambience but that's where it stops. The food is extremely overpriced even for an amusement park and what's worse is the food is even substandard for an amusement park.
To say the least, I was a little shocked to see the name of the executive chef on the menu as the food is a reputation that I certainly would not want following me as an executive chef.
We are huge fans of Hershey and I'm not telling you not to go I'm just telling you to prepare yourself for horrible food worse than you will eat in almost any amusement park in America while paying exactly what you would expect to pay at Walt Disney world.....
We only ate appetizers and one dessert with a bill of $92. Then to make matters worse the service was also subpar and not what you would expect.

I had the salmon, the potatoes and carrots that came with it was under cooked. My mother had the chicken sandwich that she said was as hard as a rock and appeared to be frozen and microwaved, my sister had the Alfredo pasta with chicken and the Alfredo was very watery. The waiter was very rude and ID me and my sister for drinks but did not ID the people across from us, the only half way decent thing was the milk shake and a fly landed on my brownie and I couldn’t eat it, would not recommend

Truly I have never had such terrible service at a resturant. We waited so long for the food just for it to be cold, and had to be sent back. Our waiter barely waited on us, never cleared plates or offers refills without having to be flagged down. Since the food was so lackluster, we ordered dessert, you'd think they made it fresh with how long it took to come out! Everyone from the host to the server had a bad attitude. To any person visiting Hershey please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else so you can enjoy your meal.
