Our waitress was pleasant, but had to wait a very long time to receive our food and it’s just average quality for the price. Seemed very disorganized and they were plenty of staff standing around with nothing to do. It was truly a disappointment. Save your money and eat elsewhere

Food was great! Our kids loved their drink flights. The ferris wheel appetizer was amazing. Our server, Dana, was super friendly and quick with service. We will definitely come back next time we come to Hershey

The chocolatier has a great location, right in front of the Hershey Park entrance. Went to the chocolatier before going into Hershey Park, and I got the Mac and cheese and the milkshake. The milkshake. That thing was a TOWER! I didn't realize how big it was going to be until I got it. The cookie, whipped cream, and Brownie on top were good, but the milkshake itself tasted like Chocolate maple syrup. If that sounds good, trust me, it isn't. The Mac and cheese was okay. Recommend for a dinner or lunch at Hershey Park.

The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger wasn’t even cooked. I complained that the bacon was raw and was told it is a thicker bacon - pork belly. Well- you still need to cook pork belly- no fat was rendered. Gross- even the manager said she wouldn’t eat it. My future daughter in laws burger was swamped in grease and stained her shirt. No dressing on the chicken patty sandwiches. Frozen fries. Resembled a friendly’s restaurant menu , but with a steep price. They comped 2 meals out of 4- no burger was edible. GROSS! Don’t go here.

It was HORRIBLE save your money. Bacon was PURE fat and not editable. The burger come out swamped in grease was overcooked… the thick bacon that was served at room temp. I asked the waiter if she’d eat it and said NO lmao. At $20 a burger it should be good. Ordered burger medium rare and came out cooked enough to be used as a hockey puck. The chicken sandwiches were supposed to have dressing didn’t come with that either. Overall a terrible restaurant and the best part was the napkin they gave me to spit my food in. There goes $80 😂.

This was a truly disappointing $400 experience. I made a reservation for a family outing to celebrate my brother and sister-in-law’s birthdays, as we all traveled to celebrate with our parents and kids. We were seated late, with hungry kids in tow. We asked for the kids entrees to come out at the same time as appetizers - 40 minutes later, no server in sight, we tracked down someone, and then the food came out. Two minutes later (no exaggeration) the adult entrees came out. My mother’s steak was cold - and it didn’t come back until after everyone else had finished their food. At no point was there an apology. No food was comped. We were given a pittance of a discount. There was no consideration of timing with 4 kids under 5. My husband and sister-in-law’s birthdays were ruined by this unfortunate experience. I would never, ever recommend this restaurant - and shame on the management.
