Celebrated our son's 24th birthday last night. Great food and great ambiance! Wait staff was very professional. I had the duck. It was excellent. We had apoetizers, drinks and dessert too. Wonderful way to celebrate!

The food, ambiance and service were excellant. My only disappointment was in my rib eye steak. While delicious, the serving was only half the steak and for $65 I thought I would get the entire rib eye.

My friend and I had our 4th annual spa weekend at the Hotel Hershey this past weekend. This was the first time we were disappointed with The Circular. There was an event going on in the courtyard but we had reservations well in advance. When our table was not ready at the reserved time we went to the bar in the Iberian Lounge and got a drink as the bar at The Circular was full. They did call when our table was ready but transporting our nearly full Martini glasses was not easy. Our waitress was disappointing. She had an edge to her when we asked for anything beyond straight up ordering off the menu. We ordered the burgers, medium without buns and Caesar salad. One burger was overcooked and dry and the other was raw and cold. We returned the cold one and it was clearly put into a microwave but we ate it. The plate was returned without fries. We didn't say anything and after a few minutes the waitress did return with fresh ones but never said that was what she was doing. She brought the check and when my friend asked for her wine to be put on her card instead of splitting down the middle, she curtly said "oh so you want separate checks". Given the cost of dining at The Circular, I expect excellent service. In the past it has been great but this weekend not so much. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the waitress.

Convenient location inside the hotel. Creative and interesting menu. Everything (seriously EVERYTHING) we ordered was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was nice. Pretty and thoughtful decor. Comfortable seating. Noise level was low with soft music. Everything was great except the timing of being served. Server and assistant were nice. And, our appetizers took about 40 minutes to arrive. Wasn't expecting that and didnt start having dinner until over an hour after being seated. I love extra time, but after we've been served. Otherwise we just end up hangry! Of course, we didn't take it out on the server via their tip. Good luck, enjoy.

We spent New Years Eve at the Circular and had a fabulous evening, as per my previous review. However, I wish I could say the same about our experience this past Saturday 1/10. Although the dinner (Roasted Chicken Breast for me and Veal Tournedos for my Companion) were both quite delicious, the service was far below the standard of the Circular Dining Room. Our server John was seemed confused and quite frazzled trying to manage all the parties in his station. The worst part was that our Chocolate Soufflés were served while we were still in the middle of dinner. So they had to sit on the side for a long while we tried to finish our dinners. Lastly, when our appetizers were served by the waiter's assistant (an Asian woman) she splattered my soup as she poured it out of a pitcher and it splashed over the outside of the bowl, onto the tablecloth, and onto my clothes. Unbelievably unprofessional. I hope the restaurant will address the concerns and any further dinners we might have here would be more similar to our New Years Eve experience

When full the dining room was fairly noisy. Our server was very good and was knowledgeable explaining contents of the cuisine. The portions were on the smallish side but very good. A great place for the special .

Always a treat to dine at the Circular. Our meals were exceptional. Staff was efficient, but a little inexperienced. If I have any suggestions, it would be that I felt the menu choices were limited. Not enough choices and not enough "Hershey" influence. We expect several "chocolate" options for desert and were disappointed.

Got a not very good table right next to the bar. Had to wait 40 minutes for food and only got it then because we complained to manager. We did get one meal for free but the point is we did have to WAIT. All the waiters were running around like maybe they were short staffed or they forgot their roller skates! Not a real great experience for our anniversary.
Was told not to wear a hat due to their "no hat policy" which I couldn't find (mind you I had no problem taking it off all good) meanwhile the table behind my wife and I are loud FaceTiming someone the entire dinner and taking flash photography with nothing to be said to them. Waiter also forgot to put in our appetizer (32$ lobster roll) which he hurried up to so in turn caused our 50 and 60 dollar entrees to sit under the heat lamp and coagulate. Will not be coming back ever. Save your money and go to hidden still, what if, rising sun, pretty much any other restaurant in Hershey besides this place.

The food is good but the portion sizes are incredibly small. Good atmosphere but we had very slow service.

Went for my wife's birthday. Our server, Mike was excellent and gave amazing recommendations. The filet mignon and ribeye were our two choices and they were outstanding. Finishing the meal with a sorbet assortment was the right move. Highly recommend a visit here.
