The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. We dine at one of the Hotel Hershey restaurants every year for my birthday. First time at Trevi5 but not the last. Excellent value and service.

Mistakingly gave one of our diner's dishes to another table. Had to wait 20 minutes to cook another. Server just explained that couldn't reserve food that had brought to another table, which was obvious. Everyone else done eating by the time the dish arrived.

The staff treated us so well! The food was terrific and the service was great. The overall ambiance of the main room was a bit noisy, but the hostess saw our standard Open Table request for a quiet spot, and we were seated in a perfect table away from the busy areas. Outstanding experience.

Our server was the highlight of the night. The food was mediocre. My husband had the halibut which he ate but not the best he had ever had. I had the beef ragu which was to my taste heavy. Most of it I brought home hoping it will taste better. This restaurant needs to polish up on some finer skills. Cardboard boxes shouldn't be handed to the customer to pack up "whatever you want to take home". We are beyond the covid days. Secondly, when the reservation says that it is a special event such as a birthday, or the staff is told, it should be recognized even in a small way. It was not. If you are staying at the hotel you may feel this is a convenient option which it is. If not staying at the hotel, I would skip this for dinner. Do not expect a great dining experience.

A very nice restaurant with a great menu! My veal chop was fantastic! A great restaurant in Hershey to take a date and then finish up with a cocktail across the hall in the iconic Iberian Lounge!

Lovely casual dining venue in the Hotel Hershey. Food was delicious with large portions. The service was attentive but not intrusive on a very busy night. Reservations are highly recommended as Trevi 5 gets very busy. If weather cooperates, which it did not on my most recent stay, outdoor seating on the veranda is quite lovely and serene.

Food was ok. The menu was not updated online and they had a totally different menu than what I was expecting , otherwise I would have picked this restaurant for dinner. Food was very expensive for the quality of the food we received. In addition, the staff really rushed us through dinner. Just not friendly.

Great appetizers Beautiful place Very slow service I had the swordfish which wasn't super for the price. It was a very small and dry piece of fish on top of a bowl of bucatini

Way too many kids running around. We were trying to enjoy a nice dinner and kids were running around the tables yelling our entire meal. I understand the hotel caters to families but definitely took away from the experience. Food was mediocre and luke warm.

Our server (Danielle) was absolutely wonderful.
She gave us great service, good recommendations on food. She was very outgoing and kind. The food was delicious and very filling. Only tweak would be to offer lemon with water. Something silly.

We had reservations so we didn't have to wait. The food was excellent. Service was a little slow on the appetizer but had our dinner in a reasonable time afterward. Would definitely recommend this place.

I took my family to the restaurant to experience some fine dinning as a celebration for my daughter's birthday. The server was amazing but the food was not quality. In fact my husband's veal was sent back because it was raw and still it was horrible. My son's chicken was dry very dry. My pasta was pasta but the meatballs I would not serve to my dog. They credited me for my husbands dinner. When I returned to the lodge I called and spoke to a manager who gave me a credit for some of the meal. Thank you for doing that. Would I ever go back the answer would be no.

Went there for my birthday dinner. We had grilled octopus for appetizer. I had the Tuscan steak for entree. The portion size was huge & it was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. My husband had the Branzino. He liked it but it was little dry for me as there was no sauce pairing with it. For dessert we had tiramisu which was so delicious.

If you want a cup of oil with your pasta then Trevi 5 is the place for you! Much better places to go in Hershey than this…a 4-star hotel and the prices the go with it, 2-star quality. Great servers and staff.
