This was my first time dining at Hotel Hershey and I will definitely be back. The restaurant was clean, the food was great and the staff were beyond amazing. Our server, Rose, was the sweetest and most courteous server I have ever had. She was quick and answered any questions we had and truly a genuine person. She made us very comfortable while we were there and even gave recommendations. 5 star quality all around
Trevi is a fine restaurant. All the food is good, but nothing inspired. I would normally give this restaurant a four, but this last time my service was a bit unattended and slow however, as always, everything I ate was perfectly prepared and lovely.
A beautiful restaurant located in the Hershey hotel. The service was good. The food was good. The view from the deck was nice. Not sure all of it added up to $100+ lunch for two. I'm glad we went to celebrate a special occasion. So we'll leave it there. Stop by and look around if you are there for the gardens or something else.

Shivani is a fabulous waitress and Justin is a great bartender. Ate there three times during our stay at the beautiful Hotel Hershey!
Great food, great service! Thank you Danielle!!! We met at Iberian Lounge for a cocktail and celebrated a my wife's birthday for a fantastic dinner at Trevi!
We all had great food and Kyle was a delightful server! Our favorite spot at the Hotel Hershey!
We tried the rigatoni for dinner. It was delicious! Service was pretty good, although no one ever checked on us during the meal. We sat on the verandah and it was a beautiful evening but there was a band playing sub-par cover songs which kind of took away from the ambience for me. My birthday was recognized with a small dessert plate and was really nice and appreciated!
We had dinner and drinks Friday night before the Jazz on the Veranda. The Branzino and chocolate martinis were a standout for me. Service was excellent. We were not rushed in anyway. Would highly recommend for special occasion or splurge.
We come every year in early September. This is the highlight of our trip . Food, service and hospitality is always top tier. We stayed 4 nights and ate there twice. Highly recommended their pizzas, meatballs and bolognese sauce.
Stopped in just for dessert while staying at the Hotel Hershey. Was seated on the outside patio, and the whole experience was relaxing and pleasant. Ordered the tiramisu and the Torta Caprese. Both were delicious, the tiramisu was not too sweet and had fresh cream. The atmosphere was amazing. Went on a weeknight, so it was much quieter than a weekend might be.

I found the lunch menu to be quite limited. The buccatini was overcooked and the meatballs were somewhat bland, as I expected more flavor from this Italian restaurant. Service was great though.
Thank you Shivani for going above and beyond! Amazing food and so many gluten free options! Great experience and delicious food!

Food was GOOD, but please be realistic about your expectations. The food is good but it is not a Mechelin star restaurant. We very much enjoyed our food.
BEAUTIFUL evening, dining on the balcony! Food was delicious, (except no bread for the table, it's a separate appetizer) Ambiance amazing but we felt rushed. We took our time and enjoyed it anyway.
Decent food wish there was more of a spinach pasta & shrimp choice . Had ravioli not bad but not a fan of mushrooms . My friend loved the octopus dish she had . A plus for making my son a pizza with moz and ricotta plain for a picky eater ( he loved it ) . Service very good .. Drinks good ... Will be back next year Trevi !
