We all had great food and Kyle was a delightful server! Our favorite spot at the Hotel Hershey!
We tried the rigatoni for dinner. It was delicious! Service was pretty good, although no one ever checked on us during the meal. We sat on the verandah and it was a beautiful evening but there was a band playing sub-par cover songs which kind of took away from the ambience for me. My birthday was recognized with a small dessert plate and was really nice and appreciated!
We had dinner and drinks Friday night before the Jazz on the Veranda. The Branzino and chocolate martinis were a standout for me. Service was excellent. We were not rushed in anyway. Would highly recommend for special occasion or splurge.
We come every year in early September. This is the highlight of our trip . Food, service and hospitality is always top tier. We stayed 4 nights and ate there twice. Highly recommended their pizzas, meatballs and bolognese sauce.
I found the lunch menu to be quite limited. The buccatini was overcooked and the meatballs were somewhat bland, as I expected more flavor from this Italian restaurant. Service was great though.
Food was GOOD, but please be realistic about your expectations. The food is good but it is not a Mechelin star restaurant. We very much enjoyed our food.
BEAUTIFUL evening, dining on the balcony! Food was delicious, (except no bread for the table, it's a separate appetizer) Ambiance amazing but we felt rushed. We took our time and enjoyed it anyway.
Decent food wish there was more of a spinach pasta & shrimp choice . Had ravioli not bad but not a fan of mushrooms . My friend loved the octopus dish she had . A plus for making my son a pizza with moz and ricotta plain for a picky eater ( he loved it ) . Service very good .. Drinks good ... Will be back next year Trevi !
Several in our party ordered the Italian beef panini. Those sandwiches had no promised garlic sauce so the taste was bland. Also, ketchup had to be requested for the fries and parmesan cheese had to be requested for the pasta dishes. Ketchup is an expectation and additional cheese is usually offered right away for pasta dishes. Service was spotty. Multiple employees seemed to be in the role of server. Overall, it was a relatively high cost for a ho-hum meal.
Absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was very high quality and the desserts were a work of art! Would definitely recommend!

We were disappointed with this restaurant. When it said "business casual," we thought it would be a bit more upscale. It was not. It was very loud - many families - and it was also hot. The food was just mediocre; there wasn't anything wrong with it per se, but it was really average. The service was also average - and the server was not knowledgeable about the drink I chose. I don't expect them to know everything; I do, however, expect them to be accurate with what they tell me. The server at the Iberian bar was much, much better. We will not be recommending this restaurant to any friends who go to Hershey.
Another fantastic evening at Trevi 5! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. As always, the desserts were heavenly and the service fantastic! We have been going here for many years and it is consistently excellent. One of our must-do nights when we go to Hershey.
Focaccia is amazing, service is great, environment is relaxed. Overall this is a great spot for some interesting Italian food
Good food and great seating outside! We arrived just in time for happy hour and enjoyed a half price pizza. The healthy options for kids were a big plus!
Food was great! Got the Mushroom pizza and the Caesar salad, both were perfect. Seating was very disappointing and service was lackluster. Asked to move over one table, told. I couldn't but could move to another table cause of servers. Five minutes later someone one else was sat at the table i requested. Really disappointing. Asked the server about it and felt like i was talking to Chef Scube's server, Preston. ugh. It was my mom's 80th birthday and we had just come from an awesome day at the Chocolate Spa and I wanted us to sit at the same table we had last time i took her to the spa and Trevi 5. I had come in planning to have a few drinks and a big meal, but it put me off, so i only had the pizza and salad and tried to be okay with it for my mom's sake. I also kept waiting for some greeting or acknowledgement of the birthday, but nothing. It was in the reservation. I double checekd after too. it said 'you celebrated a birthday at trevi 5'. no. no we didn't. I guess we celebrated it at the spa. disappointing.
