I have ate at many tropical smoothie and the staff here really care about how the food is made. By far the best one around I drive 30 minutes to this location we'll worth the time !!!

I’m revisiting my poor review because they have really stepped things up. Much more personable. I’m still not a fan of their pay system, but the food is very good and the shakes are very good and fresh. I recommend this place

I ordered from this store 3 times this week as I was working down the road. Each time I paid cash and carefully reviewed the menu pricing. Each visit the pricing was different. I asked the cashier about it but unfortunately they barely spoke English and I have no clue what he was saying. First time trying this franchise, probably my last. Edit: I don't know how to reply to the companies reply but you obviously do not read the reviews before you respond. I am not going to an external link and wasting my time for you to figure out what the issue is when I was clearly stated in my review. Just be transparent and give me an honest reply to what my concerns were in the review. Do you or do you not change your pricing depending on the day and or time of day? And if not, why was the pricing different 3 separate days that I went into this establishment?

There is PLASTIC in all of their smoothies, beware. They feel like tiny hairs if you really pay attention. I brushed it off for months thinking it was mango but it’s in all of them, & there is articles on this. Also, if you get a quesadilla, they barely put anything in it, I got a chicken quesadilla without the chicken (was still charged the same $6..) so the least they could do was put some more cheese in it. Both sides of the quesadilla had no cheese, was flat/dry, barely any in the middle. I felt scammed. This has happened more than once. It’s sad because I really liked this place! * Just added a picture of the plastic. Had to slowly drink it and individually take them out of my mouth ?
My niece wanted to go here, my first time at any tropical smoothie. Wouldn’t have had a complaint- food was acceptable for the low price, except the cashier was offering free smoothies and I’m like ok, I’ll sign up for the app. I did and he goes, well it doesn’t look like it’s working on yours. Scanned the barcode, also didn’t get the points. It was whatever but my niece tries it on her phone after downloading the app and it shows up to redeem in cafe so we drive back and she goes back in and he says no, you have to order more food and turns away. We had just ordered well over the $5 minimum listed on the promotion and you tell a young kid that. Even she knows enough to ask me why they are lying. It felt like a scam to make a little extra from corporate or something and get our info. It was also odd with an older gentleman standing behind the cashier doing nothing the whole time but frowning.

Location does not bother checking online orders for completion. Don't bother ordering unless you are there to verify your products are complete or they will short you and blame the driver. This has been consistent.

I love coming to this location with my friends after yoga. The peanut paradise with whey protein and no sugar is my favorite. They’re launching açaí bowels soon that I got to try a sample of and they’re delicious! Definitely the perfect treat for a hot
