I’m revisiting my poor review because they have really stepped things up. Much more personable. I’m still not a fan of their pay system, but the food is very good and the shakes are very good and fresh. I recommend this place

I ordered from this store 3 times this week as I was working down the road. Each time I paid cash and carefully reviewed the menu pricing. Each visit the pricing was different. I asked the cashier about it but unfortunately they barely spoke English and I have no clue what he was saying. First time trying this franchise, probably my last. Edit: I don't know how to reply to the companies reply but you obviously do not read the reviews before you respond. I am not going to an external link and wasting my time for you to figure out what the issue is when I was clearly stated in my review. Just be transparent and give me an honest reply to what my concerns were in the review. Do you or do you not change your pricing depending on the day and or time of day? And if not, why was the pricing different 3 separate days that I went into this establishment?

There is PLASTIC in all of their smoothies, beware. They feel like tiny hairs if you really pay attention. I brushed it off for months thinking it was mango but it’s in all of them, & there is articles on this. Also, if you get a quesadilla, they barely put anything in it, I got a chicken quesadilla without the chicken (was still charged the same $6..) so the least they could do was put some more cheese in it. Both sides of the quesadilla had no cheese, was flat/dry, barely any in the middle. I felt scammed. This has happened more than once. It’s sad because I really liked this place! * Just added a picture of the plastic. Had to slowly drink it and individually take them out of my mouth ?
