Wasabi Bistro in Hershey is one of those spots you keep coming back to. The food is consistently fresh, well prepared, and flavorful. The sushi is legit. clean cuts, great texture, and you can actually taste the quality. Their cooked dishes are just as strong, with good portion sizes and rich flavor instead of bland filler.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re going for a quick bite or sitting down for a full dinner. Service is friendly, attentive, and they do a great job making you feel taken care of without hovering. Prices are fair for the quality you’re getting, which is rare these days.
If you like sushi, Japanese cuisine, or just want a good meal in Hershey, this is one of the better choices. Definitely recommend.
