The chili had no meat in it today. One of the employees brought their kids to work today! They were spread out with stuff all over their tables and the floor. They had fun playing with the soda machine! One girl filled her cup so full she was using the straw to blow soda out of the cup, all over the machine. Completely unsupervised. Floors were wet and dirty. But don’t worry, the parent (employee) was outside smoking with the other employees.

Wait too long
This place is a mess, 5 pm Saturday November 23, 2024. Doesn't deserve a star at all...Tables not cleaned, trash overflowing everywhere. Floor dirty. A big disappointment for visitor's. You had to clean your table to sit and trash you had to leave on a table..l also tried to inform big guy on register of mess and he got nasty. This is Hershey you'd expect a little more neatness..

Took 30 minuets to get through the drive thru… extremely slow

I placed an online order through the app. When telling the drive through my "order name" given by the app, I am told they don't have an order under my name. I tell her my name "Matt" and she proceds to tell me they don't have an order for Matt, but they have a name for Matthew. I chuckle and inform her they are they same name. I am met with an immediate snap back telling me they are not the same name. The whole time the drive threw person was snippy and rude. I spoke with a manager at Drive through and canceled our order. They still charged us for our food.

After going through the drive through twice, we still were not given ketchup. The doors were locked so we couldn’t get it ourselves either. They missed two burgers in our order, our no bun burger looked like it was taken out of a bun due to the appearance of the mayo on the tomato so my husband didn’t eat it (he’s gfree and typically we can get a no bun burger at Wendy’s).

I came at 9:00 pm, they were out of baked potatoes, Caesar salads, and all cookies. My mother is vegetarian and this cut down the options for her almost completely. Not only were they out of many things, they also had workers that gave dirty looks, I didnt see anyone wearing gloves nor heairnets, didn’t apologize, were wearing pajamas and they were definitely all high. One last thing, there was an opened can of redbull at the drive thru, and coming from a fast food worker, I know that is a health code violation.

Your best bet is to use the drive through. They are very short handed. If you get a biggy bag for 5 dollars the burger is small and dried out. But the SpongeBob burger meal was a good value it's called the crabby patty meal it comes with a burger , fries and a pineapple frosty. It's about 6.00 it's a fair meal. But I also got a biggy bag for another person and it was all dried out. Otherwise Wendy's in Hershey is nice. The bathroom is clean inside and the store is clean. The parking lot is a little dirty. But if you go to this location eating inside the line is long. Around lunch and dinner time. Prices are okay. It's near the amusement park. So easy for a quick meal.

We, along with about 10 others, waited in line for food for around 45 minutes. The staff member was present but ignored us. I understand they had mobile orders to handle, but they should also be helping other customers. It was extremely frustrating, and the people around us were upset too. Additionally, the tables weren’t being cleaned. The food was extremely hard.

Waited 30 min for the food. Dining room was disgusting, dirty tables, overflowing trash, no napkins. Dirty bathrooms. By the time we got the food it was mostly cold. Management didn't bother at all. Not even an apology for delay.
I went here for lunch on 10/26/24. I waited in line in the restaurant for approx. 30 minutes before they took my order. The guy working the register was polite when he finally took my order but while waiting he was taking calls on his personal phone. All employees I observed handling food without gloves or hairnets. I ordered less than what I would have just so I could get my food and go and lessen the chance of a mistake on the order.

Jose who was working 10/26/24. Deserves a raise he went above and beyond taking our order and for the very first time someone asked us if we wanted to upgrade our drink to medium or large. No one has ever asked us this that we didn’t even know it was an option. Way to go Jose!!!! This review is just for you. I hope your boss sees this and promotes you. As soon as possible
