Absolute worst service. Employees are rude as hell. I asked for my receipt and they told me no. I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bags and was given regular cheeseburgers and was told I never ordered them. The employee taking money was just playing on their phone instead of helping customers. Absolute WORST experience ever

The restaurant was clean but I ordered the 10 piece spicy chicken nugget combination Meal including 10 chicken nuggets spicy style, a medium French fry potato style and a lemonade strawberry style. The chicken nuggets were probably not chicken but they tasted relatively like chicken, the French fry’s were probably potato’s and they tasted like it and the lemonade was probably all red 40. I hope this review has been helpful for those who needed a detailed description of the 10 piece chicken nugget spicy style combination meal.

We visited the store late night after being at Hershey Park for the day. Despite being late and extremely busy the staff was friendly and worked in a very organized and timely manner. Would definitely revisit.

Absolutely terrible. The cashier was extremely rude and impatient not even trying to be a little decent. The food was fine but my fries were just thrown into the bag and were spilled all through, the taste wasn’t terrible though. The trash was overflowing the trash can and the tables and chairs are disgusting along with the floors. And the bathroom would have to be on a whole other review with how terrible that experience was. Never. Again.

Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time going here. We have gone here before after leaving Hershey park and it was slow. This time we waited a half an hour to get our food and then everything was cold and my soda had no flavoring and tasted terrible. Very frustrating experience.

Went here sunday 8/17 at 745pm. The restaurant was filled with garbage in every trash can to where it was being placed on the tables. My food was cold and had to ask for at least a warm bun so it's somewhat tolerable.

Stopped in to the Wendy's in Hershey, Pennsylvania. I have never seen an operating restaurant in such a disgusting state of affairs! It wasn't that busy in the restaurant to justify the filthy conditions! Garbage piled up so high scientists could measure the angle of repose of the trash piles on top of the garbage receptacles! They were getting to the point that an avalanche was imminent. It is time to call out the St. Bernard rescue dogs to have them at the ready to rescue any customers who get caught up in the trash avalanche! No way the health department would pass this restaurant for any inspection. Don't venture in there unless your tetanus shot is up to date and by all means don't attempt to go in there alone -- it isn't safe!

We waited in line for over 40mins at a DRIVE-THRU. The food was terrible. Take your business up the road to Chipotle. Same price and better food.

So $23 for a Wednesday meal and spicy chicken sandwich meal. Robbery. Fries were cold and pathetic. Chicken sandwich was the smallest I have seen. This has gotten out of control with rising prices and smaller portions. I am done.

Yeah uhm what can i say, this is wendy's. The chicken nuggets were the standard chicken nuggets, nothing special. Frostie very thick probably my bad for not grabbing a spoon. Employee forgot my cup and all of my sauces. A kid fell off a chair when standing on it and another kid bumped into me twice, im sure this wasn't the establishment's fault but still, kinda upset me. So yeah just eh.

How about a hello when you walk up the counter. The manager and employee at the counter looked comatose at 11:30 in the morning. And why always do I have to ask for fries that are not cold. This is why Chik Filet is so much better,Friendly employees and hot food.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Left drive thru line after paying because of what I witnessed at the window. Never took my food and never got a refund. Shame on the franchise for there hiring standards. Safe to say my family will never go to any Wendy's again. WARNING YOU WILL GET SICK FROM THIS PLACE
