I went there Sunday night after the hockey game and the young lady that took our order was very respectful inconsiderate and kind and paid a lot of attention to detail I am very happy to have this experience and we'll be coming back

Worse Wendy's ever: - prep biggie bags, so contents were đ„¶ cold -worse fries of any Wendy's ever - no receipt given, but I can count back my change. - Employees are dysregulated and can be rude over intercom. - If the Dominican employee is not there, pull off. He's the only one that makes sure your food is hot, you leave with a receipt and accurate change. He is also friendly.

We were in shock with how unkept the restaurant was. All garbage cans were overflowing, the floors had trash about and donât even get me started on the restrooms! Not only was the dining room and restrooms disgusting- we all got sick after our meals! The manager was rude to each person who made an order. We were all in shock of what a negative experience we had. It is laughable as we talk about it now!

My boyfriend and I came here and the cashier, Mike, was absolutely awful. He wasnât just rude,he was openly hostile to everyone who walked up to the counter. He kept interrupting people, rolling his eyes, making dramatic faces, and acting like doing his job was some huge burden. When I tried to change my order, he got irritated instantly, and when I tried to speak, he literally snapped, âuh hello, what do you want,â like I was bothering him by ordering food at a restaurant. It was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve ever had. If management thinks itâs acceptable to have someone this unprofessional representing their business, that says everything. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered both regular and spicy nuggets from Wendyâs for the first time in Hersheyâs. The spicy nuggets were really disappointing and didnât taste as good as they do at other Wendyâs locations. Definitely didnât expect this kind of food quality from Wendyâs.
Stop in after going to chocolate world with my family, my sister got a bacon double stack and the meat was flat out pink, along with my niece she got a jr bacon cheeseburger and the meat was flat pink. The manager said that's how they're made, which is so sickening. My sister works for Wendy's and knows that they're not made like that. On top of that the kid behind the register was making inappropriate faces towards my fiance, directly in front of me. In my opinion shittiest wendys I've ever been do n wouldn't ever recommend eating here at all
