Palace Pizza Bar & Grill

WE STOPPED THE OTHER DAY THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. I ALWAYS STOP THERE GREAT FOOD. WHAT HAPPENED?

The food was only slightly below average (maybe 3 stars?), but the staff... Sheesh.

I was going to bring a lot of people for a huge birthday party to Palace but when we all got there, it was closed. Even though it says they're open on Sundays on this page and on Slice.

I heard that they have closed for business indefinitely. Can anyone confirm if this is in fact true?

Called 3 times from 8pm until 8:20pm, on 3 different phone numbers. Clearly this company and employees don't stand by their closing time. One missed call I can understand, but 3? Within 20 minutes? Now I know this is strictly just people being lazy.

Went to get a cheesesteak and cheese fries for my fiancé , told them fried onions and ketchup and I get home my fiancé opens it and it has pickles, peppers and red sauce not ketchup. She was disappointed and said it was dry on top of it. And who puts shredded cheese on cheese fries she said it’s terrible, never coming back

Food good but very little meat in your cheeesteak. It was mostly tomatoe and lettuce

Awesome pizza!

Weve been to this place probably 20 times the pizza is always fantastic. A few visits ago I asked for fried cauliflower and got fried mushrooms by mistake, no big deal but being pregnant I really just dont like mushrooms. We called and they said they would give them to us next time we came, and they did. We decided to order again today and wanted a salad, again being pregnant I dont really like onions or tomatoes lately so I was fine with just lettuce and whatever else came with it. When I opened the container there was about 30 pickles in it and banana peppers, which was ofd but whatever thats what it came with ill just pick it out. While I was picking my plenty of pickles out I noticed the lettuce was thin and floppy and kinda rubbery… the salad was basically inedible. It was 10 dollars so I figured we can just call and get our money back since we eat there often, itll go right back to them anyway. The woman on the food was so nasty, it was like she grew the lettuce herself and was offended to hear a simple mistake was made. She insisted that was have “already complained” about our food in the past (we literally just wanted what we ordered) and proceeded to hang up on us. Luckily there are plenty other pizza places around but I dont like how they made multiple mistakes and blamed US….? The girl behind the counter needs an attitude check because there is no reason she should be making a business she works for look as bad as she feels on the inside.
