You can tell he puts his heart into everything—whether it’s the quality of the ingredients, the perfect garnishment, or just making sure you’re having a great time.
When I eat out, I look for three things: quality, taste, and garnishment—and Man Le knocked all three out of the park. I will definitely be back, and I wholeheartedly recommend Pho Happy Bowl to anyone looking for an outstanding meal and unforgettable hospitality.

It’s hard for me to decide what to order. I order short ribs with bowl of rice noodles and onions and strawberry bubble tea. The Strawberry Bubble Tea tastes like ice cream with boba. I like the ribs I ordered, it’s soft and easy to eat. I'm not come here for third time.

First time coming here and my husband and I had the best Vietnamese food! We had the shrimp and pork crepe (to die for), shrimp summer rolls, ginger chicken and bun bo hue pho. Everything was amazing and our server Henry walked us through all the food giving recommendations and tips on how to eat it! He was awesome, highly recommend and we will definitely be new regulars!

Hands down the best Vietnamese food I had in Pa. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, papaya salad and bun Bo hue. My husband had the curry chicken and the short rib pho. The food was a 10/10 we shared a crème brûlée and that was 10000/10. Henry our server was amazing. Very helpful and fast. I can’t wait to go back.

It's a nice vietnamese restaurant with friendly staff. Ordered pho and bun bo hue. Pho was good. However, ask if all the assorted meats and toppings are available for the bun bo hue before ordering. Bun bo hue broth was good but missing so many parts of dish, making it overpriced for what was served. No pork hock/feet, pork cold slices, blood cakes, cabbage, or banana blossoms ☹️

5’s ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!! Me and my family LOVE this place, My food comes out in less than 5 minutes of ordering, and is always amazing quality and hot. And, everytime i go, the staff is always very kind to everyone aswell, ive never got a bad vibe from any of them. And it is very clean there too, not a speck of dust is ever seen there, and the music is just right, not too loud, not too quiet. Love this place! 10/10
