I have been at the Levittown location and had to try this one. The food tasted delicious and at a great price. The owner Dean and his staff are friendly and did a great job at this location. I will plan on visiting here again.

This place is GREAT! But just one thing. There is a female waitress that has a hook in her nose which is gross. But what makes it even worse is today she had a runny nose and a drip was hanging on the nose hook. I have to wonder if it dripped in anyone's food. Please make her remove it , its certainly not sanitary.

Breakfast and lunch place, very reasonably priced. Good soups and loved their creamed chipped beef on toast! Small, old-timey kind of place where regulars probably sit at the counter for coffee or soup & sandwich with nice, attentive wait staff. Glad we tried it. Will definitely go again.

Hello. I was at Cafe Madison for the first time last Sunday.
I thought it was very nice and would like to come back but…
Whenever I go out to breakfast, the special treat that I always get is a lox and onion (not cream cheese) omelette. Here’s my problem. I asked if the lox is salty or nova. The server did not know. She kindly went into the back and asked everyone else who was working. She said that no one knew. I can’t believe that question wasn’t asked before!
I prefer and need to order the Nova lox. I hate the salty lox! So please tell me, and everyone else, is your lox salty or nova? Most breakfast restaurants have both. If you only want to have one or the other, that is fine you are entitled to have only one or the other, but I can’t come back unless I know it’s nova. I had to order a lesser preferred omelet. And, your people should know about the food on your menu!

Wonderful place! I did a baby shower at the restaurant and everything was awesome! The waitresses were accommodating and so helpful. And the food! Dean, the food was on point and delicious! Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or a party! And thank you Dora for the delicious baked desserts and cookies!
Warm and charming cafe serving delicious hearty food. We went for brunch and really liked the food. Mozzarella sticks were delicious, the chicken on the waffle was too good and omelette was great. Pancake and coffee were average. Staff were very respectful and sweet. The vibe was a cross between a family owned dinner and a cafe. Prices were decent and portions were great. Highly recommended.

Cozy spot with great service and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The customer service alone was enough to win us over. We ordered French toast and hot cakes and both were cooked to perfection, along with the eggs and bacon. The menu has options for everyone and plenty to offer. My new favorite breakfast in the area for sure and conveniently located.
