This used to be one of those cozy spots for a pleasant breakfast or a light lunch, but lately the experience feels different. The shakshuka turned out to be two eggs Benedict served in warmed marinara sauce, not the traditional dish I was expecting. The pancakes were thin but very rubbery, which made them difficult to cut and chew. While the presentation is still nice, the flavors aren’t quite the same. Some of the little touches that once made this café special are also gone...

I absolutely loved my experience at Flourish Cafe! The atmosphere is warm, modern, and welcoming — perfect for a relaxing brunch or a cozy coffee break. The decor is stylish and full of beautiful natural touches, making it feel both elegant and homey.

Flourish Cafe in Holland is a gem! The cozy atmosphere and stylish interior make it a perfect spot to relax. Their breakfasts and lunches are absolutely delicious, paired with great coffee. The staff is polite, attentive, and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
