After a long wait for it, I got the wrong dinner. It was eventually taken back, but the correct dish never arrived. After about 30 minutes I said that the kitchen might as well never mind, I was told “yeah, that ship has sailed”. So there I sat, no dinner, no apology, no offer of anything to make up for it.
