I called in for an Italian sub and was left on hold for approximately 15 minutes. I frequent this restaurant and this is how they treat their customers? I will not be coming back. Very poor service
I placed an order on 1/23/25 at the OIP in Hughesville approximately around 8:16 PM. I ordered a Whole Bacon cheeseburger sub with a platter of loaded fry’s. As I walked in to pay for my order I was greeted by the owner there Giuseppe! After I got done paying for my order he told me to pick any 2 liter bottle it’s on the house! That was very generous of you to do that. Every establishment I ever ate at I never experienced that type of hospitality! So thank you Giuseppe. You’re a very kind man! By the way OIP team the food was very good. If I could give it more than a 10/10 I would. Keep up the great work team :)

We ordered 2 turkey hoagies. Take out. There was no meat nor cheese on the hoagies. Very disappointed. The bread was ok. Will order as their name is “PIZZA “.
