I had to request more lettuce for my salad. It still was overshadowed by other stuff. Brisket was horrible; several cubes of hard bricks. Spicy taste was perfect. My grapefruit soda was awesome.

Food wasn't not bad but they need to refill the trays often. The beans were at the bottom and clearly dried out. The actual store needed to be swept and wipe down.

Very rushed service and did not give me dressing for a salad

So to be clear, the food was fine. I don’t think you can mess up food at chipotle. But here’s why I’m giving this place 1star.

My family came in and the place seemed understaffed. One person was essentially making all the meals. When help finally came, the help got our order wrong and didn’t even make any effort to apologize or rectify the issue. The person was almost like “well, I still made this for you.” We could have made them remake it and waste more time standing there hungry, but we chose not to, so we could eat. But with that choice I had to give this honest review. Very poor customer service failure on this day— hopefully this isn’t typical here.

Always clean. Never out of anything. Staff is super cool.

workers are RUDE (no smile, no manners…ZERO anything)
portions are never consistent, meat is always sketchy and overcooked no matter which one you go with, rice is usually very dry and hard.

If I could leave nothing I would. This place needs the health department called. All I wanted was some chips and queso!! The queso was thick and chunky meaning it was left out WAY past its time. The chips were stale ans just gross. If I had eaten any of that I would of had food poison. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

My daughter came to this facility she got her food, then she asked I see that you are hiring can I get an application or is it online… the manager told her no weren’t hiring! Like what you have a help wanted signed up!! WTH ??‍♀️

Dude with the curly hair making burritos on Friday around 4:30pm is super friendly and made my bowl super nice. This is a good location. Would recommend

We only ate here one time but not sure I want to revisit just yet. The chicken in my bowl was extremely tough/dry so that itself was hard to get by, but thankfully I drenched it in vinaigrette and somehow salvaged it. The portions were kind of small but I asked for extras so not a huge deal. The location itself is pretty big but it always seems empty. The soda machine was out of order when I visited as well which also sucked because the bottled drinks are just as expensive. The chips were overly salty but pretty stale, which seems to just be the Chipotle standard unfortunately. Staff members were nice for the short time we were there but who knows.

Smallest portion size bowl I have ever gotten from any chipotle. Did the driver line and everything was cold and barely filled he bowl. Bought chips and they were very stale.

I ordered a chicken bowl with rice, beans, lettuce, and corn salsa. Got home and there was a rock hard substance in the bowl that I crunched down on. It hurt my mouth and I spat out the food. Tried to get through to customer service and was disconnected and then told I'd receive an email. Horrible experience, never eating that again.
