I’ve recently started visiting this establishment and it was okay, service could be a lot smother in my opinion. When I gave them my order I repeated twice and it was still wrong. The food and beverages are obviously the same throughout each establishment just that I’m not sure if it’s just lack of communication between them.

I usually purchase my breakfast sandwich, a turkey sausage, with cheese and egg, from McDonald's. But when I purchased the sandwich here instead, it was fantastic, mainly because it was not dripping with grease.

Awful! I ordered 2 iced coffees with Carmel, expresso and vanilla. They got in wrong several times. Then the owner tells me to pull up so the other customers don't have to wait, after I paid already. I said how long will this take? He said an hour and laughed. I told him this wasn't funny. He walked me out what tasted like dog water! I went inside for a refund and it was an awful experience dealing with that. AWFULL!!! I can't wait for wawa to open up again !

If you like cold coffee it's an awesome place to go. I prefer hot coffee. But that's not the way they make it there.

I looked at the online menu, one of the items interested me. Although, when I pulled up to the drive through, it was not on there. I get it, it happens, not a big deal at all. As I pull up, I start looking fast what I would like to get instead. I asked the lady through the microphone to give me a second. She replies, “Maam, I can’t hold the line” I look behind me, there is only 1 car. As I am paying, she is still continuing to argue with me. What kind of service is this?!? This is the first and last time I will be in this place. This employee needs to learn some manners, as well as how to properly speak with the customers.

I am very disappointed at the conditions of the coffee shop. Firstly it was frighteningly hot, even just being inside for 5 minutes had my body feeling sluggish, I couldn't imagine how people with medical conditions could be expected to eat there. Also, the building lacks cleanliness, massive flies were seen flying around the donuts and I wouldn't be surprised if they were being touched by them as well. I had mentioned to the manager that this had made me feel uncomfortable for which he ignored me and left without saying a word. On another note I'd like to thank the 2 female employees working the register at night who helped make this experience easier. They were very friendly, personable and had great customer service though sad to say I will not be returning to this Dunkin.
