Made reservation and arrived on time, but this location ALWAYS has checkin issues. There's usually someone not experienced in taking info from walk-ins and managing the seating process. It's a zoo. We can tell there's a management issue with no leadership or direction. It's a Sh$$t show!

Made a reservation online showed up on time, gave them my name, pointed it out to them on the ipad. Then people came in after me with bigger parties no reservation getting seated, went up and smashed after 20 minutes of waiting and they thought my name was Dave (I'm not effing Dave) finally get seated and no food or drink menus when the waitress wanted to take our order (obviously didn't know what to eat or drink we never saw a menu. So we get our menus give the waitress our order. Our waitress dani couldn't be bothered with anything never asked if we needed another drink or refills or how the food was, always had to try to get her attention to get a refill or any service, and it seemed like a chore. I love iron hill for their beer and their food but the service has taken a deep deep dive, especially when we spent over 120$ then the waitress couldn't even get us a growler to go she cashed us out and told us to go upfront to get the growler (missed some tip money from that one) food and drinks were top tier as usual but you could find better service at McDonald's

We were a large group, and our waiter Aiden was wonderful, patient and very pleasant. Everyone enjoyed their food. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

This is one of my wife's and I favorite restaurant. Top notch food and beers. Been here many times since they opened. We have never had any negative experiences. We always make reservations through OpenTable without issues.

The food was good and the service friendly, but it was really cold inside. I always carry and jacket or sweater, but I was still chilly with a spring weight jacket.

Always a great stop for an early week beer and bite to eat. Jake is excellent behind the bar and always quick with service. Got some 4 packs today because we had rewards and the guy at the front was patient and very courteous to us.

Use to be able to include fries for $1.00. Now if you wan fries..it's $6.50 extra.

There was no place for me to post about the loaded pepperoni pizza so I had to choose another category. But I ordered this pizza through Uber eats and indicated I did not want honey on the pizza. Not only did it come ice cold because the Uber eats person was delivering by bicycle and had one other delivery ahead of me, it was loaded with honey. Disgusting. Place to complaint with Uber eats and as usual Uber does not respond. So I called the restaurant directly and he kept turfing it back to Uber eats. I said there are two issues Uber eats is one issue your restaurant is the other issue. The pizza was loaded with honey and I did not order it that way. So of course he turfed it back to the Uber app and round and round we went. Bottom line is be careful what you order. I also ordered a slice of cheesecake that was also disgusting. I don't know what happened to New York cheesecake but it is definitely not in Philadelphia. Not only will I not use Uber eats again I will not use iron Hill brewery. Understandably it's a chain and they are doing everything they can to cut cost and cut the quality of their food. I need to keep this in mind. And I generally don't like to order from chain restaurants for this particular reason. The quality is always inferior to independent restaurants who are trying to make a living.

I enjoy coming here. The staff has consistently been friendly leading to a great atmosphere. I've eaten here for a few years now and have enjoyed their food.

My only issue: I stopped here for dinner last night to find that the menu had changed and many dinner items were removed. I asked and was told a survey was taken and people wanted to see less on the menu. I like variety especially when going out to dinner. I hope they change their minds and would provide a more extensive menu if asked.

Regardless, my opinion of this place hasn't changed. I still enjoy coming here.

I recently ordered takeout from Iron Hill Brewery at 785 Huntingdon Pike, and it was a truly disappointing experience. I ordered the Black Bean Burger ($15.49 online) with sweet potato fries and sliced avocado on top. I also requested the pico de gallo and chipotle aioli on the side. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged significantly more than expected. The in-house menu listed the burger at over $16, and my total cost ended up being $23.30 after the hostess requested an additional $3.30, despite me already leaving $20 to cover my meal.

To make matters worse:
My receipt listed guacamole, which I never ordered.

The burger was cold, poorly assembled, and missing toppings like pickled red onions.

The presentation was terrible, with everything tossed haphazardly into a container.

I was not informed that choosing sweet potato fries would increase the price, or that sliced avocado was being charged as guacamole.

This is the third time I’ve tried an Iron Hill Brewery location, and each visit has been equally disappointing. There seems to be no quality control or attention to detail in how orders are prepared or served. This was the worst black bean burger I’ve ever had, and it’s clear that this chain prioritizes upselling over customer satisfaction.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone and won’t be returning.
