Made reservation and arrived on time, but this location ALWAYS has checkin issues. There's usually someone not experienced in taking info from walk-ins and managing the seating process. It's a zoo. We can tell there's a management issue with no leadership or direction. It's a Sh$$t show!

Made a reservation online showed up on time, gave them my name, pointed it out to them on the ipad. Then people came in after me with bigger parties no reservation getting seated, went up and smashed after 20 minutes of waiting and they thought my name was Dave (I'm not effing Dave) finally get seated and no food or drink menus when the waitress wanted to take our order (obviously didn't know what to eat or drink we never saw a menu. So we get our menus give the waitress...

This is one of my wife's and I favorite restaurant. Top notch food and beers. Been here many times since they opened. We have never had any negative experiences. We always make reservations through OpenTable without issues.
