The cashier was kinda rude and annoyed by our order and gave us wrong item and charged us for the wrong order. Please train your cashiers correctly!

Can't believe I'm giving Rita's a 1... I love Rita's but the past 4 visits to this location they've been out of multiple flavors. I don't understand how you can advertise new flavors on a sign right infront of the window and then not have that flavor. I settled for a new flavor that I've never tried before and I can safely say I'll never try it again.

This is the best drink! Watermelon Frozen Drink. I can’t find this flavor anywhere else lol.
Haley was very nice when I picked up a large order for work. I nearly forgot the pretzels that chef asked me to get so that brilliant savage could substitute a spoon for pretzel chunks and shove the heavenly combination in his face. So anyway, she ran after me like the pretzels were a component for emergency heart surgery. Nice to see that sense of urgency. Plus, if I forgot the pretzels, I may have needed emergency surgery.

The prices at Rita's have gotten insane. The caliber of the product hasn't decreased but to charge on an average of $7 for a water ice/ice cream is way too much.
