I’m very upset because I drove for 20 minutes to enjoy a cup of chestnut-hot latte, which I usually order from other branches. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, and it felt like I wasted $7. It didn’t have the milk foam, and they didn’t add the proper topping that’s supposed to go on the foam. When I asked the staff about the topping, they apologized and sprinkled a bit of sugar instead of the proper topping.

Yesterday morning I ordered a Venti Iced Pumpkin spiced Latte along with 4 other drinks and received grande for that one. I made the male barista aware of the error and there were no apologies. He callously stated that I get back in line and get recharged for a new one. Not considering the fact that I just waited in line and waited 10 minutes for my first order. Fine. I did just that. The older male cashier was very apologetic. Which I truly appreciate. I get home and the Caramel Machiato w/ almond milk that I also ordered tasted like water and cardboard. I will definitely pass on that location as long as that male barista is making the drinks.

I asked if my Vanilla frappuccino was Vanilla, because it was a tan color, both girls said it was Vanilla. It didn't tast like anything really. Upon reading complaints from others, I learned about the 'Full Pump'. I won't order from them again.

White male worker with glasses and crooked teeth, spoke to me rudely as if I didn’t belong there. He wouldn’t allow me to redeem my points stating that I didn’t have enough, once he realized I did he told me I couldn’t use it for certain items yet on my Starbucks app it allows me to. I hate to say it , but he came off as if he was racist.

Hands down the worst Stabucks I go into. I go there having to give myself extra time because more times than not they mess up my order and have to remake my drink. Tapping on the nozzle does not give the same amount as a full pump, so please when I ask for a full pump DO NOT smack the nozzle then give me an attitude because I want my drink remade the way I ordered it! Also ifi order SF Vanilla it's because I want SF Vanilla. The employees get so annoyed when THEY are at fault and need to remake a drink.

This Starbucks is located within a Giant supermarket. It’s definitely convenient if you’re shopping. It offers everything you’d expect a Starbucks to offer. Although everything might not be in stock. The baristas vary, however there is usually only one working. There can be a wait time. And, depending on who is working, your drink may or may not be made the right way.
