The place did not look clean, and my husband had to clean the table where we could have our coffee and croissants.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s gonna take forever for someone to make you a drink

As a Black woman, I’ve learned to notice the little things — and today at this Starbucks, those little things added up to a very disappointing experience. I came in and ordered nothing but a simple black coffee. No one greeted me. No smile. No “we’ll be right with you.” I had to initiate the interaction just to be acknowledged. Meanwhile, three white teenage girls came in right behind me, and they were immediately greeted with friendly energy, waves, and casual conversation. Not only that, but they received their orders — which were much more complex than mine — before I even got my basic cup of coffee.
The difference in treatment was blatant and honestly disheartening. I felt completely unseen and unacknowledged. Whether it was unconscious bias or not, the energy was clear: my presence didn’t seem to matter. I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope the staff takes a moment to reflect on how differently they treat customers based on who they are.

I was appalled at the way twoof the female employees were carrying on laughing and pushing each other and cursing very unprofessional. The employees were working the drive-through or working very hard, but the employee with the nose ring and short hair and the one with the ponytail we’re making loud animal noises and pushing each other and cursing
I visited this location before but this was the first time when my order was done badly and I was overcharged due to coffee “not being available (it was a java chip Frappuccino)” other stores had it this week and charged me the normal price, but i did not say anything, and the service was rude. They gave me change in a bigger bill than i needed and when i asked if they could break it i was told no, they don't have cash to break. And as i was pulling away one of the employees said to another that they don't treat every stupid little request like breaking down the money, intentionally loud enough that I could hear. Wont be going back.
One of worst experiences. Service was awful, didn't feel welcomed at all. What's up with misspelling Starbucks?? Always.
I dealt with Yetti, who was very unaccommodating. It was very regular at this location. Oh well…

My drink was great and the girl at the drive-thru was exceptionally friendly. Definitely started my day off on the right foot!
Love this Starbucks location! Outdoor seating, drive through, dine-in, and good customer service experience!
They sell 3 year old coffee here!
I'm a regular at this location and I'm very disappointed with my experience today. I spent 21.00 dollars just to wait 25 minutes just to get Luke worm food a blazing hot coffee filled to the top of the cup so when I opened the lid I almost got burnt. I come here often and the fact that they didn't even see me standing there is disrespectful. I'll be finding a new Starbucks to go to.
The lady there is rude and takes too long
