I have been a Starbucks customer at this location since 2017. last couple of times that I have asked for light ice, the employee ignores me and fills up the whole cup with ice.?????8$ for ice???????

Today we came to have coffee at the Starbucks in Huntingdon Valley, PA. We would have liked to occupy a table to watch through the window, but someone very smart left his computer to charge, and the employees don't know anything. This disappoints me.

I ordered through the app and when I got there, Cinder (sorry not sure how to spell her name) told me someone had taken my drink. Despite it not being her mistake, she happily remade my drink and went above and beyond to fix the situation!

Please train your staff to make drinks the same it’s very frustrating when you pay good money for coffee and it’s made differently by each staff member, especially when one doesn’t fill the drink to the top. This has happened multiple times at this location where there is barely any coffee to the point the cup feels half empty.

I'm giving three stars because for the 10+ years I've been going here, the employees have been great, friendly, fast, and the food and drinks have been awesome. However, two days ago, I was handed a hot Americano overfilled with the lid not closed on it while I was in drive-thru, and before I could put it down, the drink spilled all over my hands and thigh, after which the cup flew out of my hands because I was burnt. Not only was there coffee all over my seat, passenger seat, passenger floor, and purse/phone, but my right hand still has a blister, my left hand got burnt and my right thigh got burnt. Thankfully, I didn't have to go to urgent care because the burns weren't severe, but I was visibly shaken up, and had to hold my hands toward the car AC because I was in pain. This is all while I was in drive-thru. I know people make mistakes...especially with cup lids. That wasn't the problem. The problem was, the woman at the window (who might have not even made the drink/mistake) didn't even offer an "I'm so sorry. Are you OK?" Or "the drink is free". I told her I was burnt, and she did make me another drink, and offered me extra napkins. I just think her customer service (and being a nice human) sucked. Accidents happen, but she should have been way more apologetic, offered for Starbucks to pay for the drink, or something. It was a really crappy experience. And I still have a mark on my hand that hurts and stains on my car seats and expensive purse (first world problems) to show for it. I'll go to the other Starbucks further away now.

Horrible service by the worker at this Starbucks. Mobile ordered, and it stated 9-12 minutes. I live 15 minutes from this location. When i got there, I waited an additional 10 minutes and asked for an update and was informed it would be another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, the drive-through was moving along just fine. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The food prices no longer justify the product that you receive. The music is played entirely. Too loud. If you're there to do work. The staff is friendly, but on this trip I was ignored for about 2 minutes standing at the counter. There's nothing more than I can say but, it's Starbucks.

I was waiting for my coffee 15 min , ask for help , guy said we are delay and people who come after me gets the coffee and go , I have to remind 3 time to finally get my coffee and the seller do not even apologise, I was new to this location, horrible customer service!

Good service and drinks, I love the way they make the iced shaken espresso drinks here! Drive thru is a bit twisty so be careful of traffic if you’re going at a busy time in this area. Staff has also been friendly! I’ve only been to this location a few times the past year but each time there was never any issue with my order.
