My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch at Sushiman. Overall we had a good experience. The food we ordered was nice and we did not have to wait too long for it to come out. Place was also clean and did not have any smells. The only thing that I did not like was waiter rushing to place the order as soon as you sat down like I was reading the menu in my car. After placing the order, waiters don’t check on you much afterwards.
Tried it only once, take out. Busy place. Very friendly service. But the food just didn't fly. Green salad was very white. Ginger dressing quite watery. Chicken pad Thai clearly made with a lot of dried fish flavoring. Not appreciated! Sushi was good. If we go back, maybe we'll go back for that.
The inside of this restaurant is very beautiful, I love the cozy environment and the atmosphere of their dining room. However, today, I ordered takeout for the first time. My food was ready in less than 20 minutes, and the lady working at the front desk was very efficient at processing my payment. We ordered gyoza, a salmon tempura roll, and the AAC roll. EVERYTHING was delicious and cooked perfectly. Nothing was greasy, unflavorful, or overcooked. Even the condiments they served...
